Probably my favorite plan so far. Checks off quite a few things on the want list - separate entry, garage, 3 bedrooms, outdoor living space in the back instead of the front, laundry room that is not a “hallway”. Not huge but nicely sized. Very good use of space.

Not bad at all! I would change a few things though and one being ALL the wood. It is too much. Some wood is okay though. For example I would eliminate the wood ceiling, wood trim around doors. That odd bookshelf; that should be a build in like the other vids. I'm speaking of the "Smart and Stylish Our 1-Story 3 Bedroom Walkthrough" Now that was a nice built-in, I would personally remove the covers and have it more open and exposed. Also I would change out the fireplace for a more modern one like in your vid "Minimal Design Maximum Comfort :A Perfect One- Story Home". The entrance walk-in is AMAZING! For the mudroom "mock" I would have it all opened and not closed off and a cushion for the sitting bench. The black trim around the windows seem a bit dark. AND I LOVE the opening music. You all are doing a terrific job! I can't wait to see what is next! 😁🤔😊

Nice size. I would add another 2 car garage for storage + workshop, plus the bathroom between the 2 secondary bedrooms needs a shower head.

The entrance foyer is quite spacious, though the kitchen is a bit cramped and I'd ask that it be extended. The clerestory windows help to bring light into an otherwise very dark living room. I like that the master bath has separate tub and shower, but black bathtubs in both bathrooms? .

Ticks a lot of boxes for me, but yet something feels off kilter. Not a fully open concept, garage opposite side of the home from the kitchen, master closets are in the bathroom all tallying up to livable but not as good a fit of my preferences that I have seen in the past. Nice home but not my dream home.
