How to Make Burger Buns with AVOCADOS

Recipe for Homemade Avocado Buns: (Makes 2 Buns) Preheat oven to 375F -Wash and slice open your avocados, scoop into a bowl. -Add in two eggs -Grate about 1/4 stick of unsalted butter, add to bowl -Season to taste with salt & pepper (This is all you need but it is better with the addition of about 1-2 tbsp of keto flour, 1 to 1 GF flour or even arrowroot) Try it & let me know what you prefer! Scoop onto a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool on a paper towel lined plate, ENJOY! Are YOU going to try this recipe???
