Hello. It's probably 4 years old. The older avocado that is smaller and hasn't flowered yet is probably 6 years old. I suggest buying the grafted ones for faster and better fruit. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching. 👍😊👍 Cheers

Hi Sackdoymahalo. Good to see you again as always. You might need to graft your avocados, with a different one that fruits. Usually avocado ltrees that a grown from seed don't fruit. And when they do fruit, the avocado's are not so big. God bless you and your family.
