When I have a spare half, I just take the empty skin of the other half, and put them back together bound with an elastic band. In the fridge it can last a couple of days.

How I keep mine from going bad... I just leave the seed in the other half, and cover the avocado with it. Somehow having the seed in it , and covering with its own skin. Works. I eat avocado everyday also. I just place them in the refrigerator after opening them in a bowl. I usually don’t cover with anything other than the Avocado skin. You can drop some lemon on them if you want to. Have a sweet week. :)

I tend to have only a half avocado a day; the other half i leave the seed in and put in a airtight container in the fridge; lasts up to 2 days not sure how long after cos I’ve eaten it by then!

Kayla Chandler hi i was curious if you know of this hack; I jus did this now; you cut the avo in half; then the avo half you will be eating you just mush the avocado up inside the avocado skin! That way you don’t waste any avo in a bowl or on utensils; i used 1:4 for my brunch on toast and left the rest mushed up in its skin and back in the fridge for later. I feel like I’ve jus come up with it cos I’ve never seen anyone else do itb

Thanks liked the ice cube idea a lot. . Also a simple tip from India plz try it and u will thanks me later.. How-to ripe avo?? Just wrap them in brown paper bag tightly and keep them in open and after 3 4 days u will see the avocado ripen.. Another one is to submerge them in rice container for 2 days

Ok just stick the whole avocado skin and all on the freezer! Easy peasy! You can out it in a bag if you want to help keep air out, but I have done it both ways. Stays green and consistency is a little more mushy than fresh, otherwise great. The thing is not to wait until they are getting over ripe. Buy a heap and when ready to eat but still firm freeze the surplus

You can put on a window sill for 3 days or wrap in brown paper bag. After 3 days they are ready to eat.

I would use fresh avocado for dips. Frozen avocados are best in smoothies, IMO.

Just put the WHOLE RIPE(NOT OVER RIPE) AVOCADO(NOT CUT) in the refrigerator NOT the FREEZER(on the same where vegetables are or anywhere in you REF but not the freezer) and it will last for maximum I would say 7 to 10 days. but how many avocado you bought for a week for me 5 pieces or 4 pieces only. Try and you see it is the same taste and the same color it's just cold ...this is if the avacado are good cause there are avocado that if it is got ripe it turns bad inside..
