Hubby and I spent about 3 hours in the kitchen yesterday prepping this meal plan for the both of us. It has been so nice today not worrying about what to eat. I am about to go back to work full time so we are trying to figure out how to stay fed without me having to cook every night after work. Thank you.

My mom has followed you for quite awhile and has even purchased the cookware and meal prep containers you used because she loves you so much. Hello Kayla!! I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for everything you share. I have always struggled in the kitchen. I convinced myself that I just didn't like cooking. Complicated recipes would overwhelm me and I'd give up. I only found you two weeks ago and what a revelation! I've prepared two of your meal preps so far and absolutely love them. YO THAT SALAD IS SO DAMN GOOD I didn’t even have salmon or green onion 😭 needed to get rid of some canned tuna and forgot the green onion and replaced the celery with some bell pepper but DAMN can’t wait to try that with some fresh baked salmon like wow new fave for sure. Tryna lose 50lb this year and this gonna make it so easy 😭

Just made all this last night! Hubby and I are so excited. It took longer than an hour but worth not having to cook for a week. Oatmeal is so so good. We swapped the salmon for tuna and omg SOOO good. Haven’t had dinner yet but I have no doubt it’ll be amazing. My favourite part of all this is your blog post. Prayers for a blessed motherhood! What wonderful menus. I tried carnivore for a few weeks and last week was a disaster. I worked all day then did Vacation Bible school at night as team leader. It is very rewarding but the food was crap and I didn't have time to prep because we actually started Saturday. I had grandchildren all weekend. My blood sugar dropped too far and I could barely function. Going back to more satisfying macronutrient menus. We have chickens and I get about 9 eggs a day. I usually do something with them for the week but I do get tired of them. Thanks!

Tysm!! And, yeah carnivore isn’t for the weak (and usually it benefits male physiology more so than women’s). It can be beneficial short term for some but hard to maintain long term.

This is a very simple recipe, and I like that. It is easy to sub things and to prep it all. I find a bit of issue with recommending seed oil slurries know as "oat/almond milk" etc. as the main "milk" unless someone absolutely needs to avoid real milk. Personal preference on celery is low, so seeing so much loaded in, I'll be replacing that for sure. 3 cut slices of stringy bitter crunch, ok. 10 or so is kinda nuts with a side of eggs, ill take more eggs, or eat raw carrots, broccoli, etc. I am mostly commenting on my own choices of things I like, and I like the plan you made. Just some of my adjustments so I don't hate my meals for the week. Thank you for the list!

You've got this! If I'm at home, I'll reheat using the oven or stovetop depending on the food. Sometimes I'll use the microwave if I'm in a hurry. On the go, I use a portable lunchbox oven (linked in description box above). It's a game changer! You can eat the overnight oats cold, room temperature, or warmed up... that's what makes them so versatile and perfect for meal prep :)
