Based on research on cayenne pepper i also now try to cook with it as well as use cayenne pepper in a shot glass of warm water its spicy but i drink water after ...it relaxes me.. helps with pain an its good for circulation.

Had a Dr appt today. I'm post-menopause. I've put on so much weight I'm considered obese now. My cholesterol is up, my blood pressure is too high. My visceral fat is excessive. Some days I just want to give up 😞

Can you address oxalates in one of your videos in the future? I recently had a kidney stone. I'm hearing lots of news about ridding your body of high oxalate foods. But foods high in magnesium AND calcium are also high oxalate. Just curious about your thoughts on this topic. Thank you! I appreciate your videos on menopause!

What if HRT isn't an option for you then what? So lifestyle and diet would be the options.. Asking because I couldn't take any birthcontrols because they made me sick.😊

Hi Tonya Yes, lifestyle, diet and stress management can be really helpful for getting through the menopause. Neither myself, close friends nor close colleagues have taken HRT; we are all now post menopause with no health issues! Best Wishes Eileen

Om 52 and in peri. Saw gynae dr who wants me to start hrt with coil and oestrogen. He said we need oestrogen for our bones and heart health even if we're not getting the flushes etc

I went to my doctor he said he is going to take me off my evorol Conti patches he said l don't need them been on them three years now thay are helping me he said l could get breast cancer our heart attack being on them he was very cheeky 😂😂
