What form of collagen is best? Poweder or liquid?

I use the pill form, but whatever works best for you should be fine.

It is also good to try aromatherapy. Take a 20ml bottle, add a base oil (e.g. almond oil, jojoba oil, sunflower oil) avoid heavy oils like castor oil. Add 5 drops of clary sage essential oil,and 5 drops of sage essential oil,2 drops of lavender oil,shake well. Massage a few drops onto the front of your neck and lower belly in the morning or evening. It is good for balancing hormones.

Will these supplements help with perimenopause excessive bleeding?
@stellbanne3 ай бұрын
In addition to the supplements she suggested, I added flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds and cocoa powder to my green smoothies, and my hormones balanced after about 6 months.

I finally had my bleeding stop, I took liquid iron that has, B vitamins and Calcium in it. I had gotten severely dehydrated I even had to take electrolytes. I drank Peppermint tea and Horsetail tea. I drank Kumbucha tea for Vitamin K2. I drank tomato juice and ate strawberries for Vitamin C...and I drank more water. Within 3 days the bleeding stopped. I know it's a lot of stuff to take but I had bled heavily with clots for over a month, I was exhausted. Thank you.🙏

@brideofchrist8295 thank you for sharing. It's very helpful. I just wanted to ask that is it common to bleed heavily in perimenopause or could some women not have this symptom while having most other symptoms? Thanks again

I’m thinking maybe iron would help with heavy bleeding(?). For yrs I’ve been on ferrex 150, but since I started perimenopause I just feel horrible like ferrex doesn’t work.

Creatine? Turmeric? What are your thoughts.

Yes, my question too

I take powdered creatine and I can tell a positive difference in my peri menopause symptoms. I also have taken tumeric with black seed cumin for inflammation and it has helped aid in digestion and inflammation. Another supplement that I have taken is glucosamine chrondrontin for my joints. I hope that this helps.
