Ahh this was a lifesaver. Just messed up my back with the mace and the stretch made it feel so much better!

Great advice. I also commend you for your public demonstration tutorials. I ordered a 10lb mace also by the way. The 25lb is due any day now but that’ll be a goal to strive for.

"Not the most masculine exercise" 😂Thanks for this. I have lower back problems, and just doing these warm up exercise gave me pain, but hopefully it will get better over time.

How much do you think we should increase the weight by? And how long should we take to reach a heavier level?

2kg each time, I usually go up in weight whenever I can swing one handed

Thanks excellent. There may be something you could wear on the lower back to help train yourself. I'll look into that, then.

♥️ great video for an important topic! thank you! 🙏 (maybe issues around shoulder/neck and their prehab for maze and rehab with maze would make it into another video?) 😬

Jeez my hands cant even touch each other like you can in the video. Should I stop swinging a macebell and work on achieving that first?

Are you sort of sitting in a high horse stance when you swing the mace?
@TheFlowingDutchman4 жыл бұрын
Nope, Just your feet hip width apart, and your hips slightly tilted to a neutral position. it's like grounding yourself to be able to cope with the force of the mace.
