To echo many of the other commenters, these are some awesome exercises! In particular at 7:30 min, you do what you call the back switch- please do a tutorial video on that 1 move... that looks dope! I want to master that!

@@bullishtingles1384 Great question! Some go-to's are: Ballistic 360, Alt. Single Arm 360 to Front/Reverse/Side Lunge, 360 to Squat Thrusters, Dual 360s, and then when feeling extra energized, Rotational Side Swings and the burpee variations (but be careful with these!)

The 15lb mace was used for most of the video but a 10 pound mace was used for several exercises like the dual single arm swings. When watching the video you should be able to see the difference in size now that I’ve pointed it out.

nobody will rememeber all this to do consistently for 1 month. 360 and 10to2 are the only exercises here. everything else is extra movement of body.

Stupid unnecessary variations. One can do so many athletic/dynamic movements using a mace rather than just standing there doing rudimentary stuff.
