KS asked: “Why are 80% of black women overweight?” Answer: women **eat their desire** and fill all manner of voids with food. Unfulfilled desire for a man = eating. Unfulfilled desire for a relationship with an absentee father = eating. Unfulfilled desire to be more beautiful and attractive = eating. Unfulfilled desire for material comfort = eating. You get the picture..

Kevin Samuels is an image consultant, life/career coach etc... that is why married men are watching his videos. One must also focus on personal development continually. He recently hit a new niche which involves helping bw find HVM or an Aaron/Greg or just to improve herself. Too many are waiting too late to find a husband. "He's going to control you." Here's something most people don't get: there's good control and bad control. Take your job. A good boss runs good control in their area. Things get done. Morale is high. A bad boss that runs bad control can't keep people, things are more or less in disarray, morale is low. No one in their right mind objects to good control. The problem is women are being taught that _any_ control by the man is bad. Yet throughout human history, the family units that tended to thrive the best were headed up by men that ran good control.

I saw a few of these titles floating around this week- "stay away from...", " HVM are toxic"- and I have to say, pure comedy gold! Anyway, it is part of low-vibrational human nature to tear down what you envy and cannot have. Reminds me of all the women who screwed up their whole face in a grimace, and asked me if I was crazy for accepting my husband's marriage proposal at 22- " he just wants to tie you down", "you haven't lived life", " why would you want to do that at your age?! He's looking for a woman he can control: if he was a real man, he'd look for a woman his age". Fast forward 10 years later, same women now refer to him as "sir", with exaggerated " feminine" gestures when they see him- "ooooo! Have you been to the gym recently, sir?! You seem soooo fit!" And I'm there, beside him, basically choking, because he won't let me LOL, even though he can't keep a straight face either.

Here is what I get from the calls: 1. They don’t want an HVM, they just want the lifestyle 2. They are so quick to shoot down the blue collar men but don’t have the realization that deep down inside they see their father / dad as a failure because he wasn’t an HVM 3. They are not willing to do any self reflection and put in the work they need to do to get an HVM.. 4. Just because you don’t get an HVM, doesn’t mean you failed at life / relationship. A relationship requires both parties to put in the work to build the foundation for the future And I think the reason why TI daughter doesn’t want to get married is because she saw how messy the marriage was between her parents. So she has told herself, if that’s what marriage is then she will do much better not getting married and just be an baby mamma. She want struggle as the average baby mamma because of the family money.

I was recently talking to my mentor and I mentioned to him about how the term High Value is starting to be used . After laughing for 2 minutes, my mentor reminded me of the definition of the term High Value Man . He said if you look up the term , you will notice that the definition does not include the words “ successful or wealth. “ . He says that wealth and success are sometimes the byproduct of being a high value person but they can be exclusive of each other and that the sexual market place shows that women are placing more value on specific things like consistency and success and not on a term that sounds good but offers little explanation on what’s it like to date the person

I have heard women admit to that sort of behavior, and when I called them out got a response of “it is his responsibility to ask.” I would love to know how common it is for women to lie about using contraception or stop using it and do not update their partners.

Why can't these women find a decent guy, and build each other up, to become high value? Like why can't they meet a guy with a decent career, and help inspire him or build him up so that he can reach the next level? I would imagine that that would be a much more fulfilling relationship, this simply meeting someone that has everything already.

If you want a man ultimately making the larger money; $350 and over, you're going to need to be one of the ladies who actually had and already completed a plan. Etiquette lessons, braces gone, fluent American English, routine humility and appropriate shyness, you're a 9 with a flat stomach, plus much more. And you're 25 and are already with your fiance who is at least 5 years older than you. It's ALL just remedial math. Top 10% - $125k (You need to be in the upper level of the corresponding percentage as a woman) Top 5% - $250k Top 1% - $400k (You need to be at the 99.8 percentile of all women to even begin the discussion) $400k level is telling you this: No matter what you prefer in a man, including every aspect of sex and physical looks, before you talk about his height or how he treats women, before any of this, you have removed over 99% of the population as your starting point. The automatic next point is that he will be in his 40's. YOU won't be 30 or older. This is all the STARTING point. Y'all just don't have a clue.

Kevin, taking care of yourself is a life skill. Not a threat to a man's masculinity. Cheating is a character issue. People of the same character issues tend to find each other. But you have to have the same value system. Value systems based on looks, money and status tend to be TEMPORARY. But you don't cheat on a person whose character you value.

How can you claim you love your community but not want the truth. If you love your community to thrive and prosper, you don't do it by hiding the truth. An enemy is the one that sees his brother and sisters pain and tells them that everything is alright. Face your problems head on.

Interesting points regarding the 5'10" woman weighing 170+lb. I am 5'10 and for years have fluctuated between 176-180lb consisting of lean muscle. I am a fitness instructor and won 2 out of 3 bikini competitions; I am a UK10 dress size and certainly not overweight. :-)

True masculinity and leadership is not necessarily harsh. Gentleness and directness are also products of true firmness of a golden character. There is a delusional counterfeit that is called being direct, assertive etc but in reality is the out working of our own corrupt characters, a by product of our evil human natures. Being direct and frank does not necessitate the disregarding of the feelings of others and how we deliver information to them. The person's reception or rejection of our message largely depends on our delivery. And all know that what I say is fact, for there is a universal rule that encompasses all humanity with which all are familiar. Namely this- how would I wish to be spoken too? If this cannot be approved then we know our delivery is way off.
