A good lesson for me today. My hip/knee had improved so much after a few days of the exercises so today I did everything and at some speed to try to get the problem cleared up for once and all. Result, feels like several steps backwards as hurting to walk again as I overdid it.

please tell me how to reverse the injury this did to my sacral area. My lower back hurts I can't move it much. this happened from this exercise. I followed the directions.

Straighten your back, pull your head back and push your abdomen forward. You should now have a natural curve in your back, which is the “hollow back”. The opposite of a hollow back is a “rounded back”.

These stretches are aggressive. I probably overdid it. Will find out in the morning. 😥

i cant even cross my ankles. used to be super flexible now I am concrete in hips.
