Gorgeous card! Quick question, you mentioned you use digital images to avoid masking. How does that work? How do you get your background?

Thanks, Kathy! Great question. Typically, digital stamps come in a few different formats: an outline, a silhouette, and a combination of both. You can layer the images that include the outline and white silhouettes without masking. If you were to layer the outline images, the lines would overlap. Here is a link to a video that shows the process of how I use digital stamps with digital backgrounds. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqbNgaCqj7iVfNU

I would try Dick Blick out for the Schminke line. I love their supplies. Started out with their artist line as my first when living in Germany, and it's hard to start with top of the line...lol.

Really interesting pieces Amber, lots of textures that suit your beautiful straps perfectly. Love the way you recycled the rejected piece and used the back! Thank you for sharing as always. 😘❤️

I thought you were going to toss when you did that and was not expecting it! Whew, glad you didn't toss it and pressed on, all of your cards came out so pretty! They will surely brighten up the recipient's day. I need to bust out my gel plates too and your stamps!!!! I need to play! Thank you, Amber!

I love gelli-printing too and this technique solves some design ideas I was trying to work out for an art journal page.

Love your cards! What type of paper do you use for digital stamps and how do you keep the ink from running? Also a quick hello from your neighbor in Santa Clarita.

Thanks, Barb! You can find links to my favorite papers and printer in the description, scroll down a bit for it. It’s not in the main product links list. I have a color laser printer which doesn’t smear or bleed. I used to have trouble with my old inkjet and would have to heat set the ink after printing. I hope that helps. Happy creating!
