The jelly cheek stain/blush just seemed like a gimmick to me, and when it came out, everyone was struggling to apply it (although now it seems best just getting it on a brush and then dusting the cheeks until its built to the level you want), but it just seemed too much work to me, i like a powder to just dust on.... or a cream to dab out with a blender...so i just never even bothered trying one.

yes, there are so, so many good products! the only thing I've used that is just terrible is the Jones Road Beauty Miracle Balm. that stuff is so sticky on the face, it's like smearing Vaseline all over your cheeks. I HATE IT and it's an expensive spend to end up throwing into the trash can. ugh

Hi Rachel. Your nails are adorable. Thankfully, I don't use any of these products, and now I know not to! This may be an unpopular opinion, but I really didn't like the new Charlotte Tilbury mascara. It left my lashes clumpy and spikey. I didn't like the NYX Buttermelt Bronzer or Blush. Also, Polite Society Mascara. ❤❤

i swatched every single buttermilk bronzer in store thinking even if a deeper one worked i could just use a really light hand… nope. they’re all crazy warm toned on my cool skin. i actually don’t “bronze” and wanted it more as a neutral blush but even still they were all just super unflattering.
