ABOUT THIS VIDEO
If you want to fix hunchback posture, it's important not to waste time and money on posture fixes that don't work. Posture braces, posture apps, and other expensive posture solutions aren't that effective AND they make you reliant on external devices.
To fix your posture, you need to train your body to move properly. To build better posture in the long run, daily exercise + time + attention will get you much better results.

I have a hunchback at only 13, and I get bullied because of it. It is really hard, so I asked my dad to buy me that stretch thing for a hunchback. Just because of insecurity.

I’m 55yo male 6’2” 255lbs and have been experiencing periods of lower and upper back pain daily for a couple years. Not chronic lasting pain but periods lasting up to a few hours. Most of the time when I experience pain, it’s at a level 3 out of 10 but peak pain level can reach a 5/6 out of 10. Right at the threshold of wanting to take Advil which I’m not supposed to take because of my Afib. I’m definitely a hunchback while sitting and standing. I can stand and sit up straight; I just relax because sitting and standing straight causes pain after a few minutes. Standing for 30 minutes while bent over a bit while cooking really kills my back. I can only reach a tiny bit past my knees and that is hunched over and I can no longer arch my back. Straight back is the best I can do. I want to improve flexibility without hurting myself and reduce pain.

Holy mackerel, it hurts! Nerd and Gamer, 15 years straight of dental hygiene, now data analytics complete desk job. Started doing these last week, especially the standing back to the wall stretch a few times a day at work. Can actually touch my head to the wall now, still painful / back cramping but feels like a lot of improvement. Ordered a "rad roller?" as well, used it for the first time yesterday, may have to wait a bit on that one, it was too painful to roll on but used it to move to different spots in my back and stretch a bit. Thanks for all the advice Matt!

I would not ditch ergonomic chairs, especially if you have a sedentary job. Everyone with a chronic back pain with whatever etiology knows or better said feels how painful it can be to sit on a bad chair for even just half an hour.

Look at your posture in a mirror on a weekly basis. Observe the feeling in your body and muscles - is the pain in the areas you used to have in some of those areas in your neck/back improving? Or if you can’t observe your own posture by assessing how your body looks and feels, go pay a Chiro every 2 weeks to tell you how your alignment is improving.

I am 17 year old guy, I don't have friends near my area so I spend most of the time on my phone after the school , it's been going on for 1 or more years and my posture is really really bad, hunchback , interior pelvic tilt if that's what it's called , I think my height also decreased a inch or so cause of that and I think I overpronate and when I run it hurts a inch below my knee "below" in the muscles and bone , cause I tried to run during covid times but after 3 rd day my leg was very uncomfortable and I couldn't play or run. Just wanted get this out and any suggestions for the leg problem.Thank you for reading this all.

As a 30 year old dude who has had these same issues from growing up as a gamer I would highly recommend you tackle these issues now rather than waiting and suffering the same back and knee problems I have. Either see a professional or take the time to learn how to correct these issues yourself . Good luck
