Pivotal Paradise Sector62 Gurgaon, No construction update to customers even after 6 years of draw date. God knows when they will deliver to customers. Too much delay in construction.

Kal news mai dekhaya sirf ek din ki baarish mai Gurgaon dub gya, shukr manao aajkal baarish na ke barabar hoti hai Delhi/NCR mai... Metro pure Gurgaon mai hai nahi, Public transport like DTC buses woh bhi na ke barabar hai Gurgaon mai, roads kharab hai, New Gurgaon/Dwarka expressway side toh bijli-pani ki bhi bahut killat hai, infrastructure itna poor hai.... Noida bhi infrastructure wise Gurgaon se bahut aage hai... *I think bcse of bad infrastructure rate kam hone chaiye Gurgaon ke*.

Bhai 2031 ka master plan execute hone se pehle sab exit le rahe hai aur kuch nahi hai….sab road ban jati hain. DLF 5 ke peeche apartments hai jinki road 12 saal tak nahi bani….aaj road dekho RCC Ki hai. Ek aur example deta hun ardee city. Aur ek dun anantraj extension road par. Finally Brahma city. Please stop scaring people, no offence ✌🏻

No viable, actionable information shared.. Unless you call out builders how will quality get better.. Whoever knows inside story should make it public so that hard earned money of people doesn't get stuck in these bad projects. Gurgaon Property market in itself has become non end user friendly it's better to invest elsewhere if you have the option.
