I just filed for an LLC through ZenBusiness. Overall very solid and would highly recommend because there’s way too much to think about in things like registered agents and operating agreements. Pro tip if you call them you can speak to a “formation specialist” and walk through the application together so you can ask questions as you click through.

In theory, you could have a meeting everyday, if you wanted. Or, weekly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually. Just keep Meeting Minutes, so that if a taxing authority decides to audit, you'll have the ability to show that a meeting actually took place.

Hi great video, I am starting a trucking company as the sole owner and operator but wanted to start an llc so that if anything ever happened (while driving or loading) no one could come after my personal assets. Now if i started an Llc with my wife as the sole owner but me as the only employee working would that work to protect our assets? Or would they then just go after my wife and try and get our personal assets anyway because we are married?
