I would have never thought learning proper footwork could be so difficult. I have been teaching myself how to swing lefty after I had shoulder surgery. Probably doesn't help that I used to be able to swing lefty with a right handed approach. Figured since I had so much down time not being able to swing right handed I might as well become like Madison McKibbins!

correcting goofy feet is probably one of the most difficult things to do, but the difference in power and consistency is incredible once corrected.

This video is quite helpful because I tend to overrun the ball and most times endup directly under it when its time to hit. This has caused me a few shoulder injuries. Timing is important
