Ang ganda ng design naman ng bahay nayan po at hindi kamahalan ang price considering sa beautiful na set up. Regarding sa comment ng limited space of kitchen ay kong para sa akin ay sufficient narin naman dahil bukod sa ground floor ay meron din sa basement at rooftop plus sa ngayon na available narin ang mga catering services kapag may mga special occasions po.

Beautiful house and very nice wood accents but a lot of wasted potential. It has multiple living areas and a huge receiving area/foyer but a tiny kitchen. The powder room was unusually small and could be uncomfortably so. The rooms aren't that big either, and the master bedroom was quite plain. What's up with room numbers too? I didn't see the staff quarters and utility areas either. And 72M (net pa mind you) is really overpriced for this size and location.

Well the house is nice but house the construction housing and a hold up over time and house the electrical and what you do about brownouts and what kind of Internet service do you get. How far away are markets. What about drainage during the rainy season I mean you've got a basement

So you need to bring your laundry from the basement all the way to rooftop??? Also some safety issues with smaller children. The play are on rooftop??? Also the outside wall at the basement wall at the swimming pool? Already moisture damage??? I would give 5 out of 10 rating for this house 😮.

I don't know about you but seeing all the sharp edges of this house, I feel like I'm at the lobby of a 4star hotel or a somewhat upscale condo. Don't get me wrong. It's clean and looks expensive but I probably would feel like I'm a tourist in my own house there LOL. Beautiful! If that's gonna be my house I'll change and a lot of things specially the safety. I don't like glass and the heights of the fences and wrapped around protection glass fences ( correct me if I'm wrong don't know if there's term for that) everywhere are low and made of glass... and also kinda waste of spaces... oh well... it's in the eye of the beholder...

Nice layout but too many wood elements that seems to give clutter. Most of the bathrooms seem to have gloomy feel because of the color choice. The master's bathroom has only one lavatory instead of the usual he & she.
