Thanks for this review, my friend! I decided to go bald 3 weeks ago & shaving it w/ my Gillette takes forever & leaves razor bumps. Been doing it with my beard trimmer but it doesn't get close enough. Ordered this yesterday & can't wait to try it. Thanks again!

Brooooo you won my bald head over this. Great review! Just picked up as well to cut down on repeated shave times. The convenience is gonna be well worth, thanks!

I have had mine for a while now and I still really like it. The key is that you have to keep up with doing it every day. If you do it every day it will save you a ton of time! if you miss a couple of days then it can't cut the longer hair, so you have to use clippers first.

@Rosco Reviews I'll definitely have to get used to making it routine! Still love my Lawnmower 3.0 but it's got nothing on close shave to this for the head, an absolutely win in my book

That was me too. If you keep up with it every day. The head shavers save a lot of time. If you miss a couple of days then the hair will get too long and they struggle so you will have to use the clippers first. I try to hit mine every day before getting in the shower.

I don't have any issues with balding. But I moved to somewhere new and for whatever reason, my scalp was always scratchy. So I shaved all my hair off and it stopped being itchy. Let it grow back an inch and it got back to being itchy. So past half year I've been using a Wahl to keep it shaved twice a week but wanted to look up some skull shavers to make it easier. Thanks for this video, after reading the reviews and watching this video, already loaded it up into the cart.

I still use this skull shaver and I still like it. But you have to get in the habit of doing it everyday (every other day minimum). If I do it everyday it only takes me like 20 seconds. Makes maintaining it really easy.

@@RoscoReviews Been using it for a month now and man do I have to say this razer is worth every penny. Takes me about a minute and a half every morning (Think its mostly due to scalp shape on how fast it is, since not all the blades make contact at once) I find it the easiest way to clean it is using compressed air (I always have dozens of canisters around for cleaning tech, and it takes but a couple of seconds) have only rinsed it with water the first time I got it. All that aside, definitely a 10/10 experience. I don't use any of the other attachments tbh, just the main head is incredible. For beard/stach trimming I just use a small wahl.

huh I just bought one and maybe I got a different model but with mine the whole blade contraption pops off and I can clean out the hair that way. I'm happy with it for sure, gone are the days of me using a buzzer on 1 and killing my scalp with disposable razors

They may have updated the design. Really my only complaint was that it’s difficult to clean out. If they fixed that, I may need to get a new one. Lol

Was that a 0.5 length you were left with when you started with the clipper first . Thx

That is a good question.... the clippers use a 00000 blade with no guard. I am not really sure how clipper measurements work. But for the Oster clippers that I have, that was the shortest I could find and it is just labeled with five zeros 00000.

Have u had any similar shavers and how does it compare?
@RoscoReviews Жыл бұрын
This is the only skull shaver I have had. Previously I always used clippers. I have now been using this one for several months and I still really like it. My only complaint would probably be that the battery could last longer. I can get 2-3 weeks out of it. Which isn’t too bad… but it could always be better. 😂

Does it irritate your head? I've used similar shavers for my face and my face was irritated badly. Love to get this one BUT want to make sure it doesnt irritate like the beard shaver did with my face.
@RoscoReviews8 ай бұрын
It doesn’t irritate my skin. But I haven’t had much problem with that on my face either. I would think that your face would be more sensitive since the hair is more coarse and grows in different directions. I would guess that you won’t have the same problem on your head. But it may depend a bit on what kind of hair you have.

do u still use this or have u upgraded? looking to get something for my dome. getting sick of what ive been doing
@RoscoReviews Жыл бұрын
I do still use it. And I still really like it. The only problem is that I need to do it everyday or at least every other day. If I skip 2 or more days than I have to use the clippers first because it can’t handle the longer hair. and that makes it take a lot longer. If I use it everyday it’s super quick and easy.

What does the water faucet icon with the exclamation point mean?
@RoscoReviews7 ай бұрын
I think that means that it needs to be cleaned out, but It seems to appear when the battery gets low too.

After a year, does the shaver still work?
@RoscoReviewsАй бұрын
The shaver still works fine. But after about 8 months or so I noticed the battery not holding a charge as long. And after a year, I pretty much just leave it plugged in while I’m using it. Not as convenient, but since it was a pretty inexpensive one, I am not really surprised.

Does one need to step down the input voltage when charging outside the US or a phone charger head is enough to charge
@RoscoReviews7 ай бұрын
The charging cord is a USBC. So I think any usbc port will charge it. I haven't tried to plug it into my computer or something, but i don't see why it wouldn't work.

Where can you buy the replacement blade?
@RoscoReviews Жыл бұрын
This is a universal on that I think will fit this shaver. I have not bought one to try it yet though. www.amazon.com/dp/B0B526FD9V/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_883XCF62JP1AK8E9H9EP?linkCode=ml2&tag=roscoreviews-20 I don’t see the OEM ones available on Amazon, but you may be able to order them directly from the manufacturer, it just might be a pain to do.
