Hi Awa! I grew up in Silicon Valley. Also dealt with horrible debilitating migraines for a decade. I’m glad you found your way out as I did. Mine were mostly stress related. Stress kills our souls 😢

Thank you for sharing your story. I am seriously impressed that one of your docs actually called it for what it is. It would be great if they all listened to this and did that from the onset so it would eliminate the build up and nip it in the ass right away. Information is definitely power providing it is actually correct. Very inspiring story and Dan again you are a rare gem!

I really hope you can do more long covid interviews Dan , I know this video helps but my brain believes it needs to be on that specific topic
@PainFreeYou
@PainFreeYou 2 жыл бұрын
If someone who beat long covid offers to do a success story, I will do an interview. However, I do not seek out success stories. They happen organically. Try not to set up a barrier that you need more success stories with the exact symptoms you had before you begin the work of teaching your brain you are fine. There is ZERO downside to the approach I teach daily. You can get well like others have.

The biological time clock issue is a literal ‘death’ for women who have not yet met a man with which they can have a child. Men can take as much time as they want - but this has been the big shock to the modern woman who can in the blink of eye, realize that motherhood is not going to happen for them. At least biological motherhood. It is a BIG DEAL.

How much is fear of the symptoms fuel the symptoms
@PainFreeYou
@PainFreeYou 2 жыл бұрын
All symptoms are fueled by fear and attention. Accurate knowledge of what is going on is very powerful in dialing down the fear. The info below will help if you go through the resources provided. Foundational Information: Understanding Pain Watch the video at: PainFreeYou.com Watch the video about Perceived Danger Pain: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qp-4Z354dttonMk - this explains SO much of what is going on. Next Level: Determining if your pain is from TMS/PDP: Take the pain test: DanBuglio.com/paintest - a score over 29 means you have TMS / Perceived Danger Pain. This also means you CAN end your symptoms. Do the FIT assessment below. If you answer yes to even one of the criteria, it is very likely your brain creating the pain based on perceived danger. FUNCTIONAL: -Symptoms began without a physical precipitation -Symptoms persist after an injury has healed (3-6 mo) -Symptoms are in a distribution pattern that is symmetric -Symptoms occur on one whole side of the body or occur on half of the face, head, or torso -Symptoms spread over time to different areas of the body -Symptoms radiate to the opposite side of the body or down a whole leg or arm -Symptoms that occur in many different body parts at the same time -Symptoms that have a quality of tingling, electric, burning, numb, hot or cold INCONSISTENT: -Symptom shift from one location in the body to another -Symptoms are more or less depending on the time of day. Or they occur first thing in the morning or in the middle of the night -Symptoms occur after, but not during, an activity or exercise -Symptoms occur when one thinks about them or when someone asks about it -Symptoms occur when stresses increased or one thinks about stressful situations -Symptoms are minimal or nonexistent when engaged and joyful or distracting activities, such as when on vacation -Symptoms are minimal or nonexistent after some kind of therapy, such as massage, chiropractic, Reiki, acupuncture, an herbal or vitamin supplement TRIGGERED: -symptoms are triggered by things that are not related to the actual symptom, such as foods, smells, sounds, light, computer screens, menses, changes in the weather -symptoms are triggered by the anticipation of stress, such as prior to school, work, a doctors visit, a medical test, a visit to a relative, or a social gathering; or during those activities -symptoms that are triggered by simply imagining engaging in the triggering activity such as bending over, turning the neck, sitting or standing -symptoms that are triggered by light touch or innocuous stimuli, such as the wind or cold Moving forward: Free general recommendations. Many around the globe are getting well with just my free content. Now you know what is causing pain. Next step is beginning to TEACH the brain to turn it off. Since perceived danger is what turns pain on, teaching safety is the solution. This vide gives you many examples of messages of safety. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4TWfKF3nKappLs Begin to watch my free daily coaching videos at DansKZbin.com. A new video posts daily at 5am Eastern. (NYC Time zone) Many are getting better implementing the concepts taught in my free daily videos. kzbin.infovideos Getting more help: If you would like to fast track your recovery I have two options. Individual coaching: DanBuglio.com/coaching - Unfortunately there is only so much time in the day. I am booked solid for approximately 4-6 weeks in advance. Keep in mind, there is no reason to wait that long to get my help. You get the same information and more support with my… Group Coaching Program and Video Course: PainFreeYou.com/join - No need to wait. You can begin this any time. The course will be available instantly and the next weekly group coaching is no farther away than the upcoming Wednesday.
