We as "creators" are told to "strengthen the heart chakra first" the heart is where hate, fear, doubt, resides... you have to clear these things out first! it's very important, to understand that we create our outcomes... so it's important that you clean up you're heart, purify you're thoughts. that way you're on a high frequency, remember.... fear nothing! +Johnny_arSon This is bullshit Johnny. What the third eye basically does is enhancing your perceptive ability. An easy explanation: Every human being has sometime felt that someone were behind them and when they look, it is someone there. Learning to adapt to this and perceive it, is hard, its like.. knowing what to do when you dont know it. Once you learn this, its the first step towards an enhanced perception or what you people refer to as "the third eye". This is why its easier to feel someones presence when you're in a -1dB room, you can even hear their heartbeats. Adapt to this and you're on your second step towards an enhanced perception. Sadly, there are no high frequency waves or low frequency waves we can acknowledge no matter what kind of meditation we do. Keep practicing perceptions and you will eventually feel a strange strain between your eyes. This is what you people call "the third eye opening", but biologically testified this is due to the intense perceptive ability you're perceiving.

Very weird but after listening to this for the FIRST time, i heard a voice in my head. It was telling me that in order to open your 3rd eye, you have to be one with yourself. You must change things within yourself, you must change your surroundings. The voice was basically telling me, that i have to be one with myself and have inner peace within myself to be able to TRULY unlock the ability to see from my third eye. It’s scary, the voice in my head wasn’t my thoughts, it was like a higher being talking to me. I could hear everything it was saying. TRULY a very very eye-opening experience.

The external self, the physical self, that is not "who" you are, that is the illusion you have created to display to the world around you, it is your facade, it is your mask. The external self I am talking about is not just what is visible in the mirror, or visible to others. It also includes the conscious and subconscious self. Basically I am talking about nature vs. nurture. There is a deep part of you that is what you came with; nature, and the other part of you that has been created; nurture, by family, society, school, media, peers, etc.. That is the illusion, the wall, the veil or what ever you want to call it. It is the part of you that fools even you into thinking that you are this or you are that, and it masks, even from your own eyes, the real you. It is an illusion. And, beneath that illusion, that is where you will find your true self. The Third Eye is the portal to that self, and as it becomes more active, the illusions fall away.

How this works: I get asked this question a lot; how should I do this? Do I watch the visuals or just listen to the music? Both? etc.. The simple answer is the most important aspect is the music and the music frequencies working with the pineal gland/third eye frequencies. The visuals are more like the icing on the cake. My personal preference is most of the time I watch and listen. But sometimes I just listen to the music while meditating, doing my Yoga, working on my computer, etc.. I do however suggest doing this on a regular basis. Sometimes just the music, sometimes both. There is no wrong way. Also, I am asked frequently; I saw this and I saw that, is that wrong? No, there is no wrong, there is no right. You see what you see. The images are a mirror. If you see dark images, or if you see light images, it is all based on your personal enculturation; media you consume, religious upbringing, games you play, music you listen to, the world around you, family, etc.. The visuals are there to show you what lay hidden in you subconscious mind, the mind that sits between you and your deeper self, your soul, and the "third eye" is the portal to your soul, and to defeat the barrier, the wall, the dragons, the demons, etc., that lurk between you and your deepest self, you must first recognize them, then once you see them, once you are aware they exist, then, and only then can you do battle with them and break down that wall that keeps you separated from your "soul." Again, there is no right or wrong, there is just what is. The fact that you are here should reassure you that you are taking the steps to defeat the things that keep you from that portal, that third eye, to gateway to your soul, your most ancient self.

Everybody has something different to say about opening the 3rd eye, my opinion is that it doesnt mean it's open if u view reality or nature or anything different, because everyone's perceptions change when learning new things. I believe when u REALLY open ur 3rd eye you begin to see the dimensions similar to a DMT trip, fractals, geometry, lights and beings, I would suggest meditation where you keep your eyes closed for a couple hours every other day or every day if possible. You cannot fully open ur 3rd eye if the only time you close your physical eyes Is when u goto sleep, and it will not fully open if it is calcified due to horrible diets and the toxins in our foods, including metals, shallow breathing, disbelief, fear all these things will knock u backwards if your haven't already lifted the veil. When you open your third eye it doesnt show you anything different but it shows you who and what you r, it shows you that there is life after death, it shows that we r not alone and that there is a spiritual divine plan we are all experiencing, when you open your third eye you move passed the realizations and perceptions of being human because you see within that you are not a human but a Illuminated Light deep within that can never be destroy. My personal favorite is taking pshycadelics and sitting still meditating with my eyes wide shut, by the time I open my eyes 5 hours passed, sitting still with my legs numb lol. It's all a expirience and to each his own if you would like to try, I would recommend fasting for a week if possible and practicing meditation and inner vision, fasting to release the toxins out of your body because the body is constantly using energy to digest when you eat. Therefore if you stomach is empty you body can use that energy to heal and release those toxins, thus healing your 3rd eye also, another would be to sit in a dark place for a week or 2, to where you pineal gland will build up so much melatonin and will release DMT thru light deprivation. It's a journey and a practice to be made and it takes dedication and time, I do believe in the future we will be more connected spiritually if all can close thy 2 eyes so thy body be filled with light, so many distractions in life people dont make time for these things and dont want to make time but once you take a hit of DMT you shall see the truth and open the door!! Yes, like many have said, the images you see are aspects of your own self. You see what "YOU" see. Everyone sees different things, based on where their own "self" is at. If you see dark things, scary things, then you NEED this video, over and over. As you "see" things, things that you feel scare you, you are becoming aware of them; the fears that are your enemies. Keep going, keep watching this, and as you become aware of your fears, your "demons," then you overcome them. I have been asked several times about how old a person should be before they try any of this meditation, Chakra balancing, Third Eye awakening, etc.. Naturally I didn't want to just jump in with an answer until I had time to contemplate the question. But tonight, the answer came to me based on a memory of my own. When did I start delving into these realms? I remember it very clearly. I was sitting in class, twelve years old, and like any decent twelve year old, I was spaced out and staring out the window of my classroom. We had a substitute teacher that day, a young guy, and he was talking about something that I have no idea what it was. Everything was going in one ear and out the other. Right in the middle of the class he said the word meditation. My ears perked up, and I was back paying attention. I don't believe I had ever even heard the word before that, but it caught my attention. I have no idea what else he said as he droned on, but as soon as class was over I was at his desk and asking him what is meditation, tell me more, how do you do it, etc.. He was nice enough to tell me more about it, and that night, in the quiet of my room, I set out upon my first attempt at meditating. It was fascinating. I have been doing it ever since. And as I progressed at it, I found myself wondering into other realms; Third Eye research, the effects of music on our minds, emotions, perceptions, etc.. So, the "Gurus" may disagree with me, but based on my own life experiences, I have to say, you are never too young to head down that mystical path of awakening.

Didn't expect a lot, but have to admit that this was a quite unique experience. First time I'd seen a Christ-figure, Sawboss of a childhood cartoon named jayce & the wheeled warriors, a old man on a throne, a mother goddess-figure, japanese geisha-type woman and more. Than I watched a second time...and half of the figures were different. Now there was a buddha in the beginning instead of a christ etcetera. My logical assumption is that the images we see are pixeldots that our minds connect to forms that we are familiar with (as deep as our subconscious levels). I wrote the following for a specific comment from a viewer who was seeing only dark images in this video. If you look through the comments you will see that a large percentage of viewers see beautiful light filled images, but a lesser, though substantial percentage see dark negative images. But, I decided to post it for all to see who are seeing negative images. Here's is the post: It's pretty obvious. You have darkness inside, so you see dark creatures. This is a mirror of your subconscious self. Do you play dark computer games, watch dark movies, listen to dark music, read dark books? You see what is inside of you, and what is inside of you has been placed there by you and the type of media and such that you consume. There is a saying among programmers; "garbage in, garbage out." Our brains are organic computers, and whatever you are "programming" your brain with will show in what you see in this video. You have much darkness inside of you, and that is why you see what you see, not only in this video, but in the world around you. This conflict with our natural way of being or well being witch causes us to need to have control over the world. Your point of you is just as valid as his. With that I only watch crime shows like Homicide hunter, Swamp Murders exc. SO I assume that's where my garbage in garbage out comes in. I first began basic relaxation- pushing away any thoughts that came into my mind. Then taking deep breaths for the first four minutes I saw smoke like images, different colors changing. After that I completely went numb and my head slowly fell back and I felt like an inflated balloon! Thank you for this extraordinary video. I saw many different kind of images, but the most profound one was almost at the end of this video where i saw the images of 2 individuals, male and female, both reaching out their hands, trying to get together, but they couldnt, somehow somekind of energy had to separate them, and then there was another vibration of energy forming and the male and female were finally together and then i saw the birth of a child, so innocent, his soul was so pure and he looked so wise eventho he was very young and i saw him protected by the divine lights and then he ascended, rising up above. I wrote/posted this the other day on FB in response to some family and what they where posting. Of course I don't think they got it :-( I thought I would share it here since a lot of the conversation is about the negative affects of some media on our mind/soul/psyche. And though it is a very complicated concept/theory, I think that the people here will understand it. "The conversation around the campfire today was about how the news and other "agitating" media; radio talk shows, etc., cause a neurochemical reaction in the body, that like other neurochemical/hormonal reactions (examples: endorphins, adrenalin, etc.) can be addicting on a subconscious level. Thus, the "fight-or-flight response" is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to your survival, in other words; fear. Animals react to threats with a general discharge of the sympathetic nervous system, priming the animal (and yes Virginia, we are animals too) for fighting or fleeing. More specifically, the adrenal medulla produces a hormonal cascade that results in the secretion of catecholamines, especially norepinephrine and epinephrine. So in other words, the reason you go back to the news and other "agitating" media is to get your fix. You (if you are a daily news consumer) are addicted to the neurochemical response, the "anxiety fix" that your body/brain gets from the fear that the news, etc., is pumping into you. Bummer aye..."

I had visions, faces. I was nearly sleeping, still knowing what was going on and still aware. I saw a face in the shadows, like white smokes in the dark. He said to me "don't be scared" in English (i'm not English) then I got scared idk why

I remember when I was a little girl, I would always see spirits, angels, and demons. Very paranormal stuff. There was even a time when I was 18 and my deceased grandfather came to me in my sleep and woke me up to tell me about the events that were to follow with my grandmother. I ended up sharing these encounters with my mother as to have a witness. Weeks later, everything that was predicted, happened. After I had my son, I guess my third eye closed because I stopped seeing anything. Every now and again I will get a strong premonition but nothing like I felt when I was younger. Now I am curious to open back up my third eye.

My experience.....my eyelids got heavy had to force myself to stay awake. Felt a tension on my forehead like I was getting a headache. Felt something crawling on my arm but nothing was there. My phone vibrated during this video and I got goosebumps. UPDATE. The following night I heard a woman talking. The following day I saw a shadow pass by me to the corner of my eye. Everything has been normal since then.

just remember w,where you focus your thoughts, you focus your energy.everything is energy and nothing else, focus on visualizing a beam or sound wave coming in each breath in,filling each Chakra all the way to the crown of your head.when ur ears start ringing and you feel sensations all over keep breathing but shift your focus to outside ur forehead ,about 3 feet infont of you, coming out your forehead ,keep your focus on the forehead until you see a speck of brilliant white light,once u see it, focus on it, focus on getting to the speck, bring it closer and closer until your in it, then through it to the other side,like a portal or star gate.
