I already put a LOT of focus on internal cues (Interoception) into our weekly check-ins, but I don't always point it out. In today's meditation, I'll talk bit about what we are doing and try to see if we can't start to advance to internal cues that might be harder to sense for some folks (sensing your heart beat, the inside of a joint, etc.....). Join us and play with what we call Pratyahara (Withdrawal of the Senses) in yoga. Maybe this technique will leave you feeling more embodied, aware of your body, calmer, or however it leaves you - point is - just try to be aware of the effects :-)
