AWD Celica ST185 vs 1000 WHP GTR

Dialing in the New Setup. Takes time to get it just right.
First pass was to check the Tune and make sure it didn’t over boost. Was actually dropping boost at upper rpm’s.
All these cars are Fast. Especially Frank’s GTR!!!

this was always my dream car... back in college i had an 87 celica ST which i did a 3SGTE (1st gen) swap to from a crashed ST165... the thing was a total headache but it was fun pulling up to the hondas at the light...

Just backed off a little too early bro with that R35. You actually had him if you backed off about 1/2sec later, even with his jumping. 👍 He thought he had it and was like "oh sh*t!" when you passed and you see him speed-up to catch you again. 😂 He got lucky, I reckon you got him easy on an even launch. 👍

I actually went thru before him. That class has a mph breakout limit of 155mph.

Thanks. After an event just basic maintenance. Oil change, check for bearing materials, check the plugs. Bore scope and maybe a leak down. It’s been good for a while so far.
