Yeah, Reagan needs to be opened up on more open terrain, but for the moment and for the next year at the absolute least, Caleb isn't ready for those kinds of speeds. So by a year from now, Reagan will be far more refined and capable and balanced, and Caleb will also be used to controlling a vehicle on loose terrain, including when the outer wheels dig in and the vehicle attempts to tip over. By then he'd be able to control it and stay calm even when Reagan gets uppity XD Our boy has grown so much since the days of Fred and Forza, and I'm ever excited to see him continue to grow into his full potential!

Tip: when you're approaching a left corner for example, before the corner by 10 meters, turn to the right-hand side and then whip it into the corner while applying brakes, the aggressive weight transfer of the car will make it oversteer (which is what you want), clutch kick if needed to continue drifting out of the corner.
@Ramon.Santiago4 жыл бұрын
Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but keep your thumbs outside the wheel man. One bad bump steer and boom, bashed/broken thumbs. It's more common offroading, but the rallycross you're doing is off-road so just keep that in mind

Tickles a bit doesn't it! I rallycrossed my Cherokee. One morning the soil was wet and slidey. One of my friends dad had a v8 dakota on meats and churned up the soil easily which lead to it drying more. On one of my runs, I threw it into a switchback that I normally slid in, but having gone directly after the truck, it was dried up on the edge where a berm formed from the displaced soil. Ended up tipping onto 2 wheels, had a choice to set it immediately and miss the gate to a 5 sec penalty, ride it a bit and take the cone out for a 1sec penalty, risk it and make the gate.... I chose the cone. Glad to see you out there having fun!
