Harmony ESP was first shown as a performance a few years ago. Due to many requests for a tutorial, here it is.. Enjoy!
The effect on your audience is amazing. The trick uses special esp symbols. A spectator can choose ANY SYMBOL, and the magician correctly picks the EXACT same symbol. Awesome card magic trick.

Also to help my memory, i make the symbols in a different order. "O" one line, "+" two lines "Swiggy line"three lines, "square" four lines, and "*" star five lines.

I searched the internet for this truck but failed to find it. so I made my own esp cards exactly like like in the demonstration. My version was different but the trick worked wonderfully. I performed the trick with adult and children (ages 10, 9, & 8). This trick is an amazing pocket trick and with the correct patter, instills in the spectator absolute wonder. It was tricky to make the esp cards with the computer. I used red hard card paper. That color seemed the best choice because it did not reveal the the gimmicked cards. I also made a envelope out of the same paper which can be examined. This is the best esp card trick is the easiest and cleanest effect in my magic collection. I would still like to purchase the original card trick but the home made version is still a very well made prop. Thanks for posting this video!!

Hi Eldon, your cards you made sound fine. This is a trick I devised in mid-80s and sold thru a weekly magic magazine called ABRA. Sadly, a few years later someone told me that he had already seen a version some years before. Regarding the cards, they were made by Piatnik and were their ESP deck which contained the double faced cards too. Unfortunately, Piatnik no longer make cards.

I work as a high school teacher and there's really only like a beige cardstock and my printer only prints in Black so the backs of my cards minus the double-sided cards they're going to have a cool black design that's also going to have a mark in it as well.

This trick i use all the time. I searched to he internet to buy this, i failed to find it. I made my own using the printer. It's tricky to print the symbols to look exactly the same centered on both side. I use hard stoke color paper. Blue and red paper work really well

I enjoyed this trick so much I went looking to buy the gaffed cards; but, alas, I was unable to locate them. Does anyone have any suggestions where I might be able to purchase them? I'd rather not have to make them (I'm not that talented ;-) )

These ESP cards were old PIATNIK playing cards, not sure they are made now. I did upload another video that does the same effect using regular cards, these I simply glued cards back to back. Thickness didn't matter as only I handle the cards.

Right... there's one weakness : in the audience's mind, your selection has clearly been inserted face down. Now, considering that flipping the Sanctuary over is not supposed to be noticed by the audience, do you really think that later, when you finally pull your selected card, they won't mind that it is now face up ?
@funjuror

In my experience with the lay public you can get away with many illogical actions,people just don't see,and have little time to go over the minucia as they follow a plot.Also a bit of audience management helps,,they do not know the outcome(that is why you don't,in most cases repeat an effect)In my 40 years of performing magic for a living,I have discovered you can get away with almost anything,no matter how obvious.
