Hello I’m Scottish I live Canada Ottawa but go home often as a wee girl my dad would take us to the seaside quite a bit we lived nearby my brothers and would pick up all kind of shells and make things fun times we lived on the East coast .I go home often to see family and always go to the seaside 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Have fun

What beautiful shells!! You know I asked my nieces to look for some shells when they lived in Cancun and they walked the beach and couldn’t find anything so when the moved on the other side of Playa de Carmen they found some but still nothing great. I couldn’t understand that since Sharmon of SWF BEACHLIFE finds beautiful shells on Floridas beaches. Then you showed the shells from Kirsten and that’s just north of Cancun. I don’t get it unless they take around the beaches and get rid of the shells. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Take care and see you soon!! Have a really great time in Scotland!! My dad was born in Glasgow and my moms family is from Edinburgh. I’ve never been but would love to go. 😍🐬🐚

I like the wedge clams, they are a new species for me. Seems like there are more colored dog whelks at the south side. Cool coal! Have fun in Scotland! I'm looking forward to home movies on vacation in Scotland, lol.

It is always amazing to see the lines in the rocks. What the years and years have done to them along with the water.

Loved seeing your collection! When you say North Side, were you up by the lighthouse? If so, you were probably parked right behind the house we stayed in. We found a ton of dog whelks up there when we were there. We are probably going to be back in November.

Thanks so much Jamie for the different location. I love the dog whelks on the north side. Much more colorfull! Beautiful beach! Condition is probably great cause you don't have all the big rocks but I do love the south shelling in the rocks. We do not have rocks like that in SC.
