What a great facility - are there m,any of these in the UK - 1st time I've actually seen one, looks really well thought out. The hairdressing room would be very useful, I've not been able to get my hair done for 4-years - so having an accessible custom facility would make getting your hair done a breeze!

Your apartment is wonderfully adapted Ben! That kitchen counter for the dishes looks so glorious to have! I totally need to find a couch like yours that is low level so I can actually be on a couch. My bathroom was remodeled this summer and I think we have the same sink! Since you said your laundry is on a different floor in your building how do you bring up your own loads of clothes? And do you clean your own apartment? It would totally be helpful if you made a video of more of what you do in the kitchen! It would also be helpful if you did a video of how you transfer from your chair to the toilet and how your shower process goes of safely getting out of the shower once you and the chair are wet! I still just go from my bed to the shower chair to roll over the toilet so if I’m in my wheelchair I have an extra transfer onto the bed then to switch to the shower chair but would love to take that extra step out and just go from chair to toilet. And do you keep medical supplies at a table near your bed and if so what kind of table or small dresser do you use? Thanks! 😃
