Mmmmm, terminators make for better assassin's. I can see a single highly intelligent t-9000(I think, whatever the one in terminator 3 was). Infiltrating a base and stealthfully killing several of the cast before even being put at risk of getting caught. These are big and slow juggernauts, they take alot of hits during every fight, better as direct combat units, in fact I suprised they don't have variants that are more agile or function as support/tracking. they got lucky with the hand on the jet, if it had been shaken loose it would have been over.

I love how unlike Terminators; which rely on raw might or infuriating to kill humans, or Ultron bots; which rely on numbers to overwhelm others, these Sentinels can get away with being an impractically 13 feet tall and as unsubtle as possible, ie bursting through the ceiling guns blazing, because nothing can actually stop them, only slow them down momentarily. Also, someone please explain why these sentinels are actually terrifying and a genuine threat, while the ones in the comics, barring Nimrod, are joke. Because it’s been ten years, and I still can’t make sense of it. On that topic, why isn't Nimrod's replication and adaptation ability just standard issue for Sentinels?

Sometimes I wonder just how shallow some people's understanding of fiction is. Why tf would you be throwing out comparisons to low level shit like Jhon Connor? From what I've seen they have clear limits, agility is sub par, response time in general is actually really bad, requiring brute force, numbers, and high durability to secure kills, though they do have decent intelligence and coordination. I can think of dozens of characters that can mop the floor with these things.

I think they could win, they are not mutant hunter, they are metahuman hunter, they hunter what is enhanced than human, they could sharp their arms into adamantiun sword and could cause some several damages to DOOMSDAY, and they are so many and they all adapt to what attacks them, those eyes beams could be replicated so that would be the best weapon to win this fight, another fact is that when they replicate a power, they get stronger than the owner of such power, which means they could have eye beams mo powerfull then Doomsday's like he did to superman....

Lmao sentinels would never defeat Doomsday or Superman Doomsday and Supes can only be killed by kryptonite, they are so much faster, stronger, and more durable than any sentinels. Bishop’s body exploding was able to destroy three sentinels at once, so they are not invincible. Even X Men 3 Jean Grey would have destroy the whole sentinel army with no effort

@@AwesomeRandomVidz yeah. The problem is that while the first ones where comic accurate they looked to goofy and ridiculous to be taken seriously. Their second design where badass and menacing but made them unrecognizable. I want the MCU to give them their comic accurate look but also make them look menacing and feel like an actual threat than just plain robots. It also disappoints me on how little they showed up at all in the franchise. It’s like they only showed up when it was relevant like the first movie since they are such common foes and the movie where they have to be murderous machines. They should have been a minor force in more movies since that’s how the characters of the sentinels work. The Sentinels are characters that the x-men fight in a regular basis to the point where it’s to easy. Not show up once and then show up out of nowhere from a storyline that needs these characters.

These designs for Sentinels just were not good for Sentinels. The robot sentinels with the exhaust fan in the stomach look dumb as hell. The future sentinels have a unique look and it would have been better if they called them something else other than sentinels. However, they nailed how scary looking and dangerous those things were.
