I think that if they added the treasure card vault, I'd use it to store azoth so that my actual treasure card holder was more free'ed up. Cause I'm carrying around like 300 or better azoth at any given time. (More when I'm farming for azoth.)

I think it's weird there's no easy way to transfer treasure cards to different characters on your account. You can already trade from one account to another so it's already possible, just obnoxious

it’s because then on each character you can put so many treasure cards in each characters bank, and hoarding. which sauce said. they’d have to make it that you can’t put treasure cards in the characters personal bank

Really, treasure cards just need to be given a slot in the shared bank so that we can pass them to our other wizards. There's no reason not to.

Right now what I do is I craft the Treasure card frame and put my collectible tc's at a few houses. A vault would save a lot of hassle.

its funny because on the eu server the treasure card vault was an item you could buy for a short time so i actually have it there

I agree, but Wizard101 could also just have more inventory space period. There's actually no reason they can't treat TC similarly to how they treat reagents. Though I think inventory should be increased for all types of items. Before anyone says that data takes up space and costs them money, yes, but no. The amount of space that's needed is miniscule. It's like saving a small txt file.

the reason they removed it in the first place was tc duplication so my guess is they probably didn’t know how to fix it so never added it back tc vault is the update many tc scammers are waiting for

Saying hoarding gold is a problem, on it's own makes no sense. Quite literally no other game has a gold cap, this may just be the only one in existence

I have 84 decks in my inventory. 4 are used for battles, and the other 80 are used for storing cards. I have about 3,500 cards on one account right now, and they aren't for trading or the guild house. They all get used for pve battles at some point. Various 35% curse cards and blades (spirit, astral, enchanted blades, etc.), sharpened blades from sword ferns and colossals from sunions, a bunch of mutate cards like midnight sprite, bartleby doom and glooms for whenever I'm in the mood to do a Darkmoor run, etc. A tc vault would allow me to still keep those cards and organize them better, as well as make a lot more room in my inventory.

I used to have close to a hundred, most of them bought at the bazaar and can hold 37 cards (some that hold more I got and crafted from Darkmoor, Azteca, and Omen) but they wouldn't be necessary if we only had this vault.

I'm a major tc hoarder, I have so many old, unique and wacky tc that I never see myself using because well, what would be the point? I think it's cooler to have them. They need a tc vault.

Deckathalon is a pretty good reason for a card bank

There's some deep irony in that too. The Deckathlon was implemented to be a TC sink that would see players using up their TC to avoid bumping into max, but really what it did is increase TC hoarding for the purpose of Deckathalon (and everything else TC are needed for).

There is something that you can get in the game that allows you to hang TCs on your wall. But with a limited amount of housing items allowed you couldn't store too many of them there.

Games been around too long, wealth has built up over 15 years, 1000 tc is not enough to hold all the treasure cards I find viable. Like I literally have 100 space for cards I use, it’d be nice to have actually 1000 card space for useful cards like blades and such

I also want a TC vault for non gold storage reasons. I like collecting unique treasure cards and am forced to make a storage account just to collect them, but some of them are no trade (which kind of defeats the whole trading card concept if some of them are not tradable but I digress) so a place to put some of the no trade tcs that I don't want to trash would be pretty nice.

Being able to see the decklists of the top decks from a given PvP season would be really cool. Real world competitive card games do this as a standard, though you could really only do this for either the last deck used or the deck used in a tourney since a season doesn't limit you to one deck setup.

Wizard101 want players to make multiple accounts, so they can pretend that a lot of people are still actively playing when in reality the "community" is few in number. One player has like 4 accounts, so no, they will not make a bank space for gold storage This is likely the reason they even refrained from making the TC vault. Fix your game, KI.

I maybe be coming for a considerably different viewpoint here lol. I was a person who never used my TCs so they built up that is until deckathons were introduced. I was like great a use for these TCs. However, I find myself still getting max but also don't wanna delete because I can use it for the next decathon. Not to mention my inventory being too full to buy a few I would need for said deckathon as well. I would most likely use the storage just to put TCs away then pull them out when a deckathon happens.

It’s to do with the frame rate setting on your computer, if it’s very high, the frames of the spinning animation play out faster

Agree about TC vault being necessary. I agreed even before I had to have extra accounts just to store Empower TCs. But needing to have hundreds of treasure cards to craft anything is just one more thing making me lose interest in the game.

Ah yes the infamous treasure card vault highlighting the hypocrisy of KI. KI loves to add pointless crap that no one asked for or that hurts the game/makes things pointlessly grindy/complex but the ONE THING that everyone from the community wanted and was on board with (the tc vault) was not added to live realm and is just a test realm fever dream forever in limbo. We still want & need that tc vault even after all these years because the pros outweigh any minimal cons there could be to such a quality of life update. Fingers crossed it’ll one day come to live realm and not cost absurd amount of crowns & ideally is free/craftable.
