I always used to snap like Bill. Like I have an anger inside me. Then I read a book that said, there are 3 people inside your head, 1 is the "bad" angry voice, the other is the sound "good" voice and you the viewer. The good and bad will not stop talking and arguing. What you should do is be conscious that you are the viewer and just sit back and just watch them argue. This way you won't get emotional and just sit back.

Wow he dropped a really good pearl of wisdom on her about giving it your all and her take away was basically "you're old and things change". The real reason guys like him are ACTUALLY comedians unlike Sarah or Amy is because they got knocked down SOOO many times when they started out yet instead of giving up or calling their haters "misogynists" they got back up and rolled with the punches. Guys like Bill are the MOST relatable and down to earth people while people like Sarah here try to project this image that screams "LIKE ME!!!!! I'M FUNNY!!!! WHY DON'T YOU LIKE ME!?!?!?!". I mean look how long this "show" lasted...

I'm usually a fan of hers but she did come across condescending in this... As an interviewer your job is to make the guest comfortable and get something new and exciting out of them. He gave it an honest shot and I respect that, and she was just virtue signaling by inviting a guest that doesn't normally fit her political standards. This had the potential to be great, but it flopped...

I snap easily, and therefor I can very much relate to Bill. Especially because I feel like he is aware that this is, despite being more or less his thing, not a healthy trait. Not for him and not for the people he loves. But not everyone is like that, so I guess he is relatable to a lot of people, but certainly not all.

Meh. He's been in entertainment for 20+ years, done Conan countless times, etc. From the beginning, she's hostile and unsettling. Any individual would be uncomfortable. Honestly, having listened to TMMP for years, I can tell you that 'Ol Billy Bitch Tits is genuinely confused as to why she's behaving this way, and then he tries his best to find any comic relief he can.

There are only a small small handful of “comics” that can flow that way. And those to me are the real comics. Felipe Esparza, bill, mark Norman, Louis ck. The rest are pretty hacky and uncontrollably laugh at themselves like you’re supposed to join in. Andrew Shultz, joe Rogan, Tim segura, Bert krisher etc. most of these new dudes are KZbin famous because of joe rogan. It’s crazy

Bill Burr can be extremely difficult to interview. There have been a few podcast hosts that have been left traumatized after their interview with Bill went to shit. One even had to see a therapist and start taking antidepressants because it went so badly. That's not even a joke. Everyone should use Conan's method when interviewing Bill- Do not talk about emotions or family shit and just let Bill speak. Let him rant. If you break from that strategy then you risk public humiliation lol.
