Okay so I'm deaf and I turned on the subtitles for this video and every time she says period or periods, it literally puts the punctuation mark there, even though I know what she means. Also, something weird that happened to me at school on my period was my class went to the bathroom, and I had to change my pad. All of the stalls were full, so once I got to the front of the line, I felt like the odds were in my favor. After I got into a stall, I sat down, took off my pad, and took out another one. I tried to throw my old one in the 'lady trash bin' that was mounted on the side of the stall, and it FELL INTO THE STALL NEXT TO ME, SO THE PERSON NEXT TO ME SCREAMED! THERE WERE BLOODY FEMALE PRODUCTS EVERYWHERE AND IT WAS EMBARESSING BECAUSE THE GIRL AND I CAME OUT AT THE SAME TIME AND SHE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS CRAZY. AND I WAS LIKE 'ITS A NATURAL HUMAN THING DON'T JUDGE ME.'

I'm going to secondary school (middle school basically I'm 11) and we have to wear tights. The thing I'm glad about is that I'm going to an all girls school so it'll be easier to handle things. I found a good thing to do but this is only for winter as I only have a zipper on my jacket. When I'm on my period I can just have one pad in the pocket I don't use so if I need to go in class I have one in there. Before I thinker of this I had to wait like 75 minutes to even go to the bath room it's embarrassing trying to get a pad out in class and your friends are like what are u doing

I got mine August 25, I think, like the fourth day of school, I was in the 5th grade and I was 10, I've had it for a year now, you'll get used to it, you might get scared the first couple of times, just don't worry about it, if u know what to do ur fine, and always remember to change ur pad like 2 hours from when u put it on, NEVER keep a pad on for the entire day, speaking from experience. So yeah, don't worry about it, 5th to like 7th grade is the normal range of when girls have their periods. Don't worry about it, u can handle it!
