You did a great job explaining the posture. It was great hearing what not to do. That helps us yogis better understand what to do. Can you do Standing Bow Pulling posture?

What are the uses and advantages or benefits from this asana?

Core strength. Ankle mobility and stability. For me this has been the most practical use. Not spraining and ankle on any little slip. Strengthens legs and arms. Focus and balance. Lengthens posture. Helps you to hover over public toilet seats too. 🤪
