My main takeaway for this is that there is a difference between Networking to the cloud and Cloud Networking

All we discussed so far is the wide are network to connect to the cloud. We still have to cover networking inside the cloud. And from the cloud to the internet and extranet partners.

Hi Michael, one doubt...you are saying instance storage is file storage, how it's possible? Instance storage is specific for a particular instance where as the purpose of file storage is to share storage with multiple instances. Please throw some light on it. My understanding of instance storage is temporary block-level storage for instances that would be gone once you terminate or re-boot your instance.

Hi. Instance storage on most cloud refers to the actual storage inside the server. It’s typically a RAID array of NVME storage. While the data is stored in blocks it’s still file storage. It’s the same as the physical hard drive in your computer. Block storage by comparison is on a storage area network. Meaning storage outside the server. Instance storage goes by many different names across cloud providers like ephemeral storage. But the key to remember is it’s super fast but will not stay after the virtual machine (instance) has been deleted.

@@gitcotech Hi , I happened to reschedule my exam to 9th December. I gave it today and passed. Challenging exam. At certain times you feel 2-3 choices in MCQ could be possibility but you have to choose only one.
