You should be able to support yourself in case things dont go well and your partner should be aware of that, that's what gives you power to walk away with respect!

Yes! I make my own money, but a man can pay. Having a man pay for you does not mean financial dependence. I make my own money which goes into savings which I can use to leave at any time.

Hi love. Do you have any tips on dealing with trauma & how to heal from it. I swear it’s one thing after another & ive never grown up in a house full of love so i feel like i have a hard time processing & dealing with things most people do a bit easier. Also do you do private sessions? Like video calls for advice.

I’m healing some childhood trauma right now too. This is more therapy than life coaching. I’m currently seeing a somatic experience therapist (I had/have a lot of anxiety, dissociation, trust issues)-I found out about somatic experience therapy by googling ‘how to heal from trauma’ and finding a Reddit thread lol. I also have the book No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz (parts therapy) and Moving Beyond Trauma by Ilene Smith.

Oh my god. Babe that is a lightbulb moment for me. I've been feeling anxious and jumpy. That's cos for a long period of few months I never keep my promises to myself. Simple innocuous things like showering at 10pm, sleeping by 12am, wake up at 7am to do exercise etc.

I don’t comment on these things tbh but THIS GIRLLLL! I’m a young mom, I have big dreams. I trust myself to have all the capabilities to do it, but I would say I’m in a wounded feminine era from traumatic events. One thing I’ve realised since becoming alone in my life with my son is how I don’t want my son to grow up seeing me wounded which is what has brought me here. I’ve watched a few videos and they don’t share enough to understand how to do it but this definitely did it for me. I’m quite spiritual, have been since I was a little girl and I could feel the little girl in me being like yes this is it ahhh. So my 3 goals 1.) the gym! Putting on healthy weight 2.) get that hair colour I’ve always been too anxious to do 3.) take a step back from social media and negative energies and focus on my self and my son. Take us on a date, go somewhere outside of the West Midlands, or/and go get them clothes A lucky 4.) finish my decorating ahhhh ❤️

I'm a minor. I'm my moms home, and she's the one who introduced me to you, but she's still the reason I need this. I can't heal or set boundaries. My room isn't private, and she is coming in without even knocking even if im changing. I don't think that i can heal because I need my traumas to survive in this house. What do I do? I've got my friends house that I feel safe ish but I never know. Church used to be my safe space but now I know I can't trust them. 💔 Also, do you have a cat?

Alexis. I could use your opinion on a matter. I was secure in my body and my skin once before . I’m in decent shape and been told I don’t look my “age”. I am 14 yrs older than my current partner . But, he’s assured me I’m the one for him and that soon (sometime ) we will be married . I’ve never been married so … this was very intriguing to me and I felt that maybe he is the right person . However, the problem is that he used to “look” at women - esp big busted women- which I am not. During our most private intimate times - he ignores that body part of me and this has made me feel so insecure. Not to mention he’s still once in a while is looking at a woman an her body parts . I’m so ready to drop him. But, he insists that he loves me and that I’d be making a very big mistake to leave him . I’m not sure what to do. I know I’m always in my protect mode . Scared that he may one day find a younger , more voluptuous woman one day and leave me. It sounds like I have not or rarely am in my feminine energy.
