For me turning point was when I realize I'm still 5 year old cute girl deep inside. But now I am the only one who is in charge of taking care of that little girl. So all that advises from video (which is amazing, thank you!) comes very naturally. Like as an example, I used to starve myself to look pretty, but then when you look at your self as 5 year old girl, would you starve her? Or would you overload her with food, because she is upset and doesn't want to deal with an emotions? Would you let this 5 year old girl hang out with emotionally unavailable men or toxic friend? Would you tell her that if she would try to please people harder there might be a chance they would like you more?! So from my experience, to find a connection with my inner child and realizing that now I AM THE MOTHER of her, was life changing. I decide where she goes, how well she sleeps and eats, what kind of people surrounded by. Really really helped me a lot, ladies;)

I love the knee reference. It's so easy for many woman to jump straight into victim mode around suggestive touch, become rigid or uncomfortable. These behaviours show signals of lack of self trust(not trusting yourself to hold your standard effectively - to make the right decision if he doesn't stop). But holding your standard shows your self-respect, self trust and establishes knowledge of your worth. How do you balance the part where relationship sometimes takes time and effort and energy to fight for and not get unrealistic and lack of maturity and just walk away when things dont get how we want? I struggle with this. Even in dark feminine energy we have blind spots and it’s so easy to loose the realistic points where no man is perfect and we sometimes lead the way for them, and that takes time- and not just walking away from it because “we decerve better” attitude. Thank you. I wish I knew this in my teens and early 20's... It was so difficult to feel feminine after hearing my whole life that I was flat and looked like a boy. I looked at other women and felt like I was an imposter amongst them. I just cried and cried until one day I accepted my body and before men could point my flaws out I did it myself so that way the joke was already used.
