Don't know if it makes a difference, but I bought the kit version and It came with cheapy plastic axial beadlocks, confused me when your talking about baking tires off a beadlocks, lol, Or just referring to other crawlers in general

Going to buy some Incision MR307 2.2s for my new Axial Yeti Rock Racer kit build. Can you recommend the proper hubs for the front and rear? Want to be sure I have the proper hubs when I place my order. Thanks in advance!

Hello, do you have lots of rubbing around the inner wheel? I am still using the stock Knuckles, Incision links and the same Incision wheels. However, some parts of Knuckles rubs a lots with the inner side of the wheel where the screws are. No idea on how to get this fixed. I dont want to have the wheel caps installed as this is the nightmare when the wheel comes loss... Thanks.

Josh I've not seen or heard you mention blue thread lock in this series. Should we take it as read that you're using such on all metal to metal connections?
@HarleyDesignsInc8 жыл бұрын
+Tom Kirby-Green that's correct Tom. One of those details that I often forget to mention.

Harley Designs Cool. I'm just putting a Bomber kit together, with all the VP parts I can throw at it and a BGR Fab chassis. I've been using blue thread lock on all m2m connections but was wondering last night if you thought this was unnecessary. Thank you for the clarification Josh!

thoughts on the Mamba X ESC with their new Castle Creations Sensored Motors? For bashing and crawling... they have the 2400kv and the 3800kv. My Son bashes with a stock yeti and my friend crawls with a stock wraith.. just trying to do both decently. thanks for the help
@HarleyDesignsInc7 жыл бұрын
+Tony Roig they have more motors coming. I'll be testing the 2850kv soon. I'm looking forward to it, the new ESC and motors are exciting to see!

Josh I know you've said the Wraith is your favorite platform for a while now but I wonder how you think the Bomber compares in capability to the wraith and if you've changed favorites?
@HarleyDesignsInc8 жыл бұрын
+ArielsSmartyPants the Bomber has far surpassed the Wraith as my favorite. This car is the evolution of what I wanted a wraith to be.

Hi Harley, you are running Axial KR2 R35, what do you thing of the Proline version in G8 compound. thanks LV

+le varan i am running the R35 version and I really like them. The proline version is nice but the tread is too shallow for where I run.

Hi, random question. I bought Gmade GT2 beadlock wheels for my bomber and they don't go onto the hex nuts completely. Do I need to buy special hex nuts or whatever they are called? Thanks.
@HarleyDesignsInc8 жыл бұрын
+BiigTee89 the center of the wheel probably needs to be opened up slightly for the tip of the hex to go thru. You can do it with a body reamer or a drill bit.

Did you strip out the hubs with the stock motor in it?
@anthonytotilo47377 жыл бұрын
redline6871 obviously not lol. 85% of the stuff he needed to replace was only because his beat motor. stock motor, almost needs no upgrades.
@Honduran7917 жыл бұрын
I striped out my hubs with the stock motor on 3s, they are just plastic. i think unless your just crawling your gonna need new wheels.

Will the regular slw hubs fit theses wheels?
@HarleyDesignsInc8 жыл бұрын
+Brad Cowart these use a new hub design that is not the same as an SLW. The hubs are included with these wheels though so you do not have to purchase separately. Also the additional hubs that are sold are more affordable than the SLW's.
