I have a question can I install the AR44 axles along with the gears and components that are required for the axles for the Scx10 and still use the same transmission? And would it be able to use 4 link front and rear or do I have to use a cms for front? And last would I need to modify anything else to make this work. Thanks in advance always enjoy watching your videos.

Harley, thanks for the vid, just received a set of these axles, the front axle is missing both sides bearing retainers and their attaching screws. from batch 28771 PS. i reached out to Vanquish Support a few days ago witj no response. pleaze advise. So im in the process of building a 85 toy sr5 that resembles my life size 85 but hardest thing yet is making or finding a knuckle that has the steering arm go to the back to make behind axle steer like my truck when is vanquish gunna make this knuckle ???????? !!!!!!!!!!

Hey Harley, there's a guy on Pinshape that has designed a mounting plate that you can 3D print in order to easily mount the Honcho bed to the SCX10-II frame. It's part of a group of upgrades for the stock Cherokee body, including my rear window inserts for mounting a Rotopax and my rear gate armor. +Greg Jones I have a little hinge system drawn up that I was considering using but it will depend on the rear bumper. Otherwise I need the bed to detach with the body. I've never used pinshape before, I'll have to check it out.

Yes you are right. I forgot about that. I have been trying to find a extention mount or a rear bumper that will bolt on but I can't find one for the scx10 2.

+Josh Graziosi these axles are $119 front and $129 rear. When you see that they also include the cost of a lockout and C-hub you now have an axle that is a better value than the crappy Chinese equivalent. Most all VP stuff released in the last year is about the same price as the worse quality alternatives.

Harley Designs Pretty good reasoning. Glad I didn't get reemed for that ha. It's not too bad, I guess I am unhappy with all of the prices in the hobby not just VP. I mean, a set of axles in the 1:1 world won't cost you almost the same as the price of the truck itself right? It's not the best argument, I admit, but it gives you something to think about. Really nice axles though, I would 'Rock' them! 👍

+Josh Graziosi when you look at high end axles in the full size world it actually does scale pretty close. I've worked with full size axles that cost nearly 10K per axle. You can't compare low end full size costs like a junkyard axle, to high end RC parts.
