Thank you for your great instructional videos! However the background music at your facility is overpowering & distracting. It makes it a challenge to watch more than one or two in a sitting.

what would you say if a client is at home and has limited equipment and not access to a compound bar.

Resistance bands could be very helpful in this scenario.

I find these incredibly helpful. My only complaint so far is the background noise paired with the subtle "music" is too distracting and I find it very hard to listen to.

If you have a client twice a week, just curious why wouldn’t you do one training session for upper body and the next training session for lower body?
