Very informative. I just started working in the gym and although I am dying inside to progress them I know how important it is to take it slow

Phase 1 Stabilization

Core should be a category. Why carries? Also squat and lunge belong to knee dominant movements. They should not be in 2 different/separate categories.

Carries/stability encompasses core. And although both squat and lunge are need dominant, how would you progress a squat into a lunge? What variations would lead to one another? They need different categories because they involve very different stability & coordination requirements. Appreciate the comment though and welcome questions like these!
