Ayam Goreng Berempah马来香料炸鸡,特出香味脆口好吃非常完美🍗香吖
材料:四个鸡腿,1勺黄姜粉,1勺大茴粉 ,1勺芫茜粉,2勺咖喱粉,1勺辣椒粉,2勺玉米淀粉,2勺粘米粉,1颗蛋,少许蜜糖,1勺盐,3根咖喱叶
酱泥材料:姜,4支香茅,半颗洋葱,3颗红葱头,3瓣蒜
做法 :
1)将鸡肉块和所有的材料搅拌均匀,腌制3小时或以上
2)热油锅,用中火炸鸡块至金黄色,约10分钟
3)炸好的鸡肉和香料松丝一起捞起沥干油份
4)趁热享用,那些香料松丝可香脆得很,千万别丢掉哦!
