A hectare is a unit of area 100x100 meters, or a hundred ares of 10x10 meters. So about 330x330 feet.

Cows not only cause methane emissions, their hooves stamp down and can sometimes permanently damage the soil. They prefer certain plants over others which can alter the ecosystem of the pasture they are put on. They also take a lot of water. And the grasslands where they would be better suited on sometimes don’t have a lot to spare “think Texas and the Texas Longhorn “ They can contaminate water sources in their pasture as well. Even if they grow up in factories the methane, the water consumption and contamination is still a problem. As a country we have been spoiled with a lot of pasture that is good for grazing and growing crops to feed our animals, so I think we eat more meat than we should. I’m not saying we should completely eliminate it from our diets but we should definitely educate our kids better as you mentioned in the video.

Sadly, cows and trees don’t mix, so your suggestion of keeping the trees wouldn’t work. Trees and shrubs block all the sunlight from reaching the floor where the grass is and the grass can’t grow. If you go walking in a rainforest or a similar place you will notice there actually isn’t much grass at all, just trees, shrubs, and dead leaves. Long story short, cows need grasslands.

Your turn to weigh in. Do you think meat is bad?

There’s a problem in you dismissing Meat it’s required for the human body we aren’t primarily herbivores we are omnivores if we cut meat from are diet then we lose a LOT of nutrients and vegetables make you consistently hungry you’d have to eat twice if not four times the amount of food you originally eat Meat also helps the digestive system if you cut out meat you need something to replace iron and heavy proteins found primarily in meat are bodies just aren’t designed to function properly without meat

I think if enofe people stoped eating meat. These meat companys will go a bit bankrupt. Beacose then their not erning from selling meat. And altso the climat would feel a bit better if we humans stoped breeding and we volentarely went extingt. But thats just how i feel. Very sorry if I spelt rong here and there my english is not very great. Anyways I love your'e videos goodbye.
