Raat ko aik cup chaye main aik tea spoon zaitoon ka oil dal ker peena hai aur phir aik litre pani main 2 chamch apple vinegar dal kar pee lain. Han ap din main 2 Apple aur 4 Cucumber us waqt len jab ap ko bhook lagey. Aik din walk krni hai aur aik din burpees. Walk aik kilometre se barhatey 3 kilometres tk le jain jaisey weight kam ho walk ka durania barhatey jain. Aur din main 10 glass pani peeney hai kam az kam. Salan se perhaiz hi krni jitni ho sakey. 10 din baad aik cheat day lazmi rakhna hai. Jis main ap makhan , chicken ka istimal karen . Agr cheat day nhn rakhen ge tu weight lose aishta ho ga.
