Aylward Green - Bord Gáis Energy | Focus Ireland

Focus Ireland and Bord Gáis Energy, partners since 2015. €4.6m committed to help end family homelessness. But we want to do more. We want to support Focus Ireland on a transition to a low carbon future.
A pilot project in Focus Ireland’s emergency accommodation facility in Finglas, Dublin - Aylward Green - has seen the instillation of new, energy efficient boilers and smart heating controls by Bord Gáis Energy.
These upgrades will reduce energy consumption in the homes and ultimately lower energy bills. This initial pilot will save Focus Ireland €3,000 a year and we hope to expand this programme and identify new locations.
