I’ve put off watching this video for a while, I’m glad you are okay. I lost my dad my only fishing buddy in the world when he flipped his truck and went over a steep drop off. He wasn’t wearing a seatbelt… that was 2017. I tried fishing a few times after I lost him and I hated every minute there without him so I thought I was just done fishing. It was a huge lose for me. Fishing with my dad was my favorite thing in the world. I’ve got more hours fishing than anything else in my life. I found your videos just a few weeks ago and felt the urge to get out there again, your happiness and energy reminds me so much of him out there, thank you for your videos. I’ve got a new fishing buddy now, my wife.

Glad to see you came out of it with only scratches. Just last week I gave my first truck away to Kars for Kids. Just couldn’t afford to fix everything that needed fix’n. I had it for almost 25 years. Brought my son and my daughter home from the hospital the day they were born in that old Dodge. Many camping, hunting and fishing trips were made in that truck. Many many other memories. So I know it’s hard to let go of a faithful old truck.

Also, back stuff is no joke, I’ve already had surgery about 7 years ago on my lower back, don’t mess around and if you continue to have pain, demand an MRI. Had I had one earlier, my surgery would have been about a year sooner and I wouldn’t have been dealing with back issues again like I am today. Wow! It takes a big man to admit he screwed up. Faults were as follows; 1.) Distraction. 2.) Speed. 3.) Poor road conditions. I am very pleased you survived this crash. Someone was looking out for you, perhaps a guardian angel. And you are right about the oak trees, if your truck had hit them at a certain angle, well, you wouldn't be here today. And your family would be grieving over your death. (Final goodbyes.) So we learned that 1.) Get a tumbler or thermosbottle pour your soft drink in, no distraction. 2.) Always put your vehicle in Neutral to disengage engine from transmission when on wet grass and leaves. This reduces torque and wheel speed. Always keep in mind weather and road conditions when driving or navigating. I do this when I fly, or boating, or driving. I for one, enjoy your creativity, your adventures and the chemistry among your friends in your videos. I hope to see more of them in the future. You seem to get yourself into some hilarious shit. It's like waiting for a train wreck to happen. (But, this could be your stick. 😉). And one finale thought, you might consider changing name of "Itsy Bitsy" to "2nd Chance". Enjoy your 'second chance' fishing with your friends on your houseboat, when completed. I have good memories of my parents taking us fishing and boating. Good times. 🛥⚓⛈🌨🌧👍

Wrecks leave you with the weirdest feeling. It’s just eerie feeling. It goes quiet while it’s happening and your vision becomes incredible because your awareness raises in times of fear or when your life is at risk. It’s a natural thing. Personally my thinking becomes crystal clear in times of panic like that but I know that’s not a normal thing, I just happened to be blessed with that. Almost as if a check list pops into my head and I run through them all as quickly as possible. I was hit head on by a drunk driver back in 2010 and it was such an odd experience that is hard to explain. It’s just so quiet during and after a big wreck like that. My passenger broke his humorous in his arm, which is the hardest bone to break so you know it was a hard hit. I walked away with only a headache. Anyway, glad you’re alright. I’ve only watched a few of your videos so far but that’s an experience we can share in common. Good luck on all your future endeavors buddy!
