I wish he would get more recognition. Seems like he made a push 7/8 years ago and kind of fell back into the abys. Saw him at a rock festival in Dallas last year and they killed it. The looks on everyone's face was like who the f*ck is this bad a$$ dude and why have we never heard of him. Today's music scene unfortunately requires you to have to search hard to find gems like this. Since you like this, you might want to also check out Rival Sons, Royal Blood, Highly Suspect, Greta Van Fleet, and probably a few others that I am forgetting on the relatively newer rock scene.

Sadly its always about demographics because he is a Black Rock/Blues artist and doesn't follow the Norm of Hip-Hop/Rap/R&B he isn't gonna get the traction that others do. So we have to give it to them. These guys are on fire too. He's got like a lighter Aaron Lewis feel to him on how real he sounds with his music. And that Bassist that guy has to been a Tool fan in his younger years. I really want them to take off. Cause this and Blood in the Water and top notch songs.

Possibly the most unique blend of late 70s hendrix style rock and early to mid 90s grunge . Now combined into a brand new style of it's own. Totally awesome.

Hendrix was the late sixties. By the late '70s it was disco and the start of new wave, but I get what you're saying.
@ibrown3KC
@ibrown3KC 3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I definitely feel the same way--it's hard to place just one influence (which is a good thing), as opposed to Greta Van Fleet which is an obvious nod to Led Zeppelin, nothing against GVF. But anyhow, I definitely hear late 60s/early 70s rock such as Hendrix, Clapton, Neil Young (especially if you hear Ayron's acoustic tunes), Led Zeppelin, and so on. Which is what you meant, I think, when you said "late-70s Hendrix style," for Hendrix was dead by then. And then, also like you said, I definitely hear the AIC (my favorite band ever)/Soundgarden/Nirvana overall grunge influence. However, perhaps his greatest influence, or at least with regards to Ayron's guitar playing in this song in particular, is Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine and Audioslave--the semblance during the guitar solo is undeniable.

Ok. I found Ayrons channel. I gotta comment on this man. I gotta express wha this music does to me. This is a generational talent we are seeing and hearing here. This is phenomenal. I'm 58. I sing and play. This is a gift from God in this man. I hear Jimmy Hendrix , I hear Prince in his playing style. Innovative. Raw. Hard driving. Its incredible. But wait....the voacals?? What the ....I hear a voice that is part TESLA and Part Lenny Kravitz... but more.. its past that becuz it ISNT them its Ayron and its unique and PERFECT. MY GOD I cant believe how good this man is. America is so GREAT!!! WE HAVE SO MUCH AMAZING TALENT HERE. THERE HAS TO BE A WAY WE CAN GET HIM ON Jimmy Fallon or Jimmy Kimmel or something....and Ayron would you please listen to BLUEST BLUES by Alvin Lee and consider doing a cover of it? With your own spin on it? It was written by Ray Charles and is the best BLUES song I've ever heard. The slide solo is George Harrison and the guitar solo is Alvin Lee. If you covered that song with your style and vocal it would be one of the best ever. Best of luck to you brother. You are the best I've heard in many many years. Total package. Great band. Heard it on our local rock station while driving and as soon as it started playing, I instantly thought to myself, "Oh damn, this is nice!" Wasn't disappointed in the slightest bit. Bravo!

Just found this artist. What a riff! My God. So simple but so heavy. Bravo. Can’t wait to have some time to sit down and learn this song. Looking forward to listing to more of your work.

I am 52 and have been a musician. I have played a lot of music in my past in studio and live venues with several different bands / groups. I still keep up with the music (Rock / Metal). I have to say that Ayron is, without a doubt , a wonderful breath of fresh air in a stale scene

I forgot the name of this song. For a whole year I was asking people if they knew or had an idea and nobody could help me! Thank goodness I found it again on my own- this song needs to be heard by more people. It's a jam.

It’s kinda sad that I heard this on the radio and I haven’t heard of him. This is music, I don’t understand how all these Shit songs are bigger hits and this isn’t.

Great to see this rising guitar hero. This band is solid! Really good. Perfect example of the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Can't wait to see where they go and what music they create.
