After a long gap of 3 years, we made a vacation trip from New York to Kerala, via Delhi in an Air India flight.Our journey started from John F Kennedy International Airport,New York to Trivandrum International Airport,Kerala.In this video you can see the facilities of 3 international airports and the services provided by Air India staff.As we all know, Tata took over Air India in January this year. Tata took Air India recently.. They can't change aircraft's modifications suddenly.. Farnborough Airshow2022(Uk)started. Air India"ll order 300 aircraft's, Airbus 350,Boeing 787/777X.. It"ll take time bro.. After tata hire Air india the food is gud, other hospitality improved.. &your aircraft JFK-Del B777-300ER..it's 15+yrs old aircraft..with in 2 yrs you can see new Air India.. After 5 yrs Air india"ll big competitors like Qatar, Emirates, Etihad&Singapore.

I have faced a same issue when I travelled from Sharjah to Trivandrum in Air India express in last April .. it delayed almost 12 hours to take off .. actually the reason was lite fog 🌫 in airport area .. But I didn’t feel anything bad about TATA .. it just a matter of time .. they will do their best in upcoming years .. so let’s support and hope for the best 🇮🇳

My flight from Dubai to Calicut on 17th July was delayed 7 hours. All passengers were going for some functions on Sunday as the scheduled arrival at calicut was at 8 AM. I was going to attend a marriage function in my family and I reached at Auditorium on 5 PM. No one was there except some cleaning workers. I strongly suggest to avoid Air India on emergencies even though you got free tickets. All passengers are very much disappointed and no one will prefer Air India for their future travels

I travelled in air india express to kashmir recently. Comparing to previous years, it is better now. Cleanliness, decoration, food and attitude of employees, changes noticed. Definitely we can expect a TATA touch in coming years.

@@Betelgeuse732 First of all AI is not a budget airlines. Most of the airlines provide nice comfortable seat and IFE for the exact price.

@@skariaroy5988 Of cource it is not. However among the other full service carriers, AI is a few dollars cheap and this is what you will get. During the last 50 years, I had used AI once in the late seventiees, I used to fly about twice a year between US and India till the Covid debacle. For a little more one can get a much better flight on other carriers with flat bed seats/ or suites, wont be run over by the heards , won't have to get hit with over sized bags and won't smell like Jeera when one gets off among other things.Sorry for being blunt. AI experss is another story all together I heard, never had experienced that.

I had same bad service experience..in Air india ,I found staff uniform colour changed only,rest of same poor service,Ac was leaking and no t.v ,not safe to travel for long journey. We support the flights, if it cheap and direct flights with good safety facilities.

I travelled by Air India 3 Times Muscat Mumbai -Muscat never had any bad experience.. compared to other private airlines indian origin found leg space very comfortable and food too better. So far happy.

Shinod chetta Am on my vacation now. Experienced Qatar Airlines after 11yrs From Miami to Cochin. Amazing experience , futurestic design & service. Got sumptuous Chicken Biriyani after take off from Miami. My 1st fly with Qatar Airlines was far better than Emirates where I've travelled on 2019. Hope Tata can improve well, like they implemented on Tata motors.

Hi Shinoth you made me happy as thus is exactly I wanted to say . I had same experience from London kochi direct flight . The seats were dirty and in fight entertainment was absolutely disaster. Malayalam movies were from 1980s such as kireedam . Bollywood movie HUM I watched in 1988 I believe. My sons armrest was broken and wires were out. We paid big money but the aircraft still remains 50 years back . It was my first journey in air India. I won't do it again. Thank you for representing many travellers who felt the same anger and disappointment

Air India may get better after Tatas' take over but airport staff in Delhi and Mumbai are very rude to South Indians. Hindi parayatha ellavarum avanmarkku Madrasis aanu... After some bad experiences, switched to middle eastern flights... Awesome professional behavior compared to Delhi n Mumbai airport staff

@@esther41693 It's a misconcept that Hindi is the national language. If you check bit deeply, Hindi is just one of the official languages of India. If you notice, I am also asking the same thing... Do not treat a South Indian as a second class citizen in Delhi and Mumbai airports just because they don't know Hindi... I am not asking to start notifying all flight info in Malayalam or Tamil from tomorrow... Just treat the people coming from South India with same respect and dignity 🙂
