Charak Samhita is the ancient Ayruvedic text that has explained ‘What, When and How’ to eat in the most detailed and appropriate way with the aim of living a long term healthy life. These are mind-boggling concepts when it comes to the modern way of food habits. But as you understand the logic and science that Charak Samhita has mentioned then you would be able to make a best selection of what to eat, when to eat and how to eat.
