So, I will not reject her as if she is 'problematic' in a problematic industry your favs enjoy be they right or wrong. They honor and redeem their problematic people for AGES THEN TRY TO TELL THE REST OF US, AT THEIR CONVIENCE how we can't do that tho?...but we need to always bring it up with her. Nope. That will only make us support her even more right or wrong and the industry isn't talent nor are they the world or THE REAL WORLD. @Sindy You are lying to yourself if you go through your life pretending that skin color doesn't affect interactions between people, the opportunities one gets regarding loans at a bank or entry to university, or the creation of laws or interactions with law enforcement and so much more... Skin color affects so many areas of life daily. Until those occurrences become a thing of the past, the "obsession" shall remain. It only feels like an obsession to some of us because some wear rose-colored glasses. There's a whole sea of multiracial people acknowledging all situations related to skin color and living in peace.
