It really goes to show how ineffective and unsafe online dating is. And not gonna lie, I didn’t see the kid being a granute coming. So many false and revealed identities in a single episode. How is a candy-themed Kamen Rider series tackling such serious matters so well? Anyway, another great episode! Thanks for the review, Adam.

Shoma's face when he heard Lango's voice and Sachika getting the Creepy Vibes is so good. I don't fin him that sacry yet, but he may be the most terrifying. And they fianlly knowing their indenties soon is a good thing, I mean, It could have been a bit longer, it wasn't that bad, but Beyond episode 15 would start to feel too lasting. For now I'm gad they are not dragging it. But particulary, the moment Hanto allowed the Granute to bite him to get close to it, was so risky... Bro dind't care if it was to save a life. I genuinly like how Hanto despises Granutes and wants to take them all out, but still prioritise People. You know, considering how many secondary or tertiary with the "Hate the Villains" usually don't give a sh*t and are full of their vengence and has to learn to care for others.

Okay, we have a reckless secondary rider who doesn't care about his own life which went too far to allow to bite himself by the monster, just for save a girl. Hant's main purpose is to defeat the Granutes, but it feels like he's more focused on rescuing the captives and relies more on Shouma (actually his Kamen Rider self) for the rest. Also, since he doesn't know how to fight actually, he takes advantage of the situation he is in when fighting and he doesn't hesitate even to get hurt while doing so.

Remember in ep 4 where you said twins are perfect examples of villains you love to hate? Lango is that on CRACK. I know people will debate weather or not twins deserve Shoma's compassion after what they did to him in ep 4, but that did make him look good and like a really kind soul. And it also has me wondering, what if the twins are so mean to Shoma because without him around they became the new weaklings of the family

Great episode between Komura's writing and Kami's directing. The minutes flew by. It was interesting to see the twins not wanting to be separated from each other.

The craziest thing about the arranged marriages, is that I managed to get into an argument with someone in the Kamen Rider discord, who was pro-arranged marriage. Like, really into the idea. Disturbingly so. SIckeningly so.

Yo tf fact that everyone passing who saw lango immeditaly got a bad vibe from him like when he was walking past Sachika everyone was like "eewww something off about him " which is crazy considering how Proper and well spoken lango is

Sorry for this late comment, just got back from Thailand. Anyways, this episode is really good. I like that they tackle this subject matter of catfishing in a mature and realistic manner, IN A KIDS SHOW, which I like to remind everyone, just AFTER Precure. How much of a difference is THAT Precure series did compare to this!? On top of that, the action is pretty good too. Lango just show how much of a threat he is, he doesn't even need to take action, just his agents are more than enough, as shown. The Crocodile Granute is also a dangerous one too. Valen really took a full brunt of the attack to save a life, which is respectable. That cliffhanger is amazingly done. I do like that it doesn't drag too long, though inside me would like to have this charade acting a bit longer, maybe 1 or 2 more episodes would do. I guess its time that Hanto and Shoma would have to face each other now, as well as Shoma showed his true identity to Hanto. Yeah, I saw a bit more of the preview, and both Hanto and Shoma are going to be in a conflict, and the 2 twins Sheeta and Jeeb, will be going on the run. Perhaps a heel face turn by the twins? Who knows?

The door has opened that there is a slight possibility the twins might maybe will become good if they should become riders too then kickin gummy and punchin gummy but I’m just spitballing ideas

Man I wanted the twins to get destoryed for saying shit about shouma mom but the fate there given by there brother is worse like at this point it would have been better to make them get defeated early then to get married away by some rich family like this show dark damnnn

It is suprising to me that both Shoma and Hanto would know each other's identity THIS SOON. Usually, I would expected this sort of miscommunications to drag on for much longer, build up pressure, and let the volcano erupts all in one go. A bit worrying about this decision from the writer.

Actually, some people are happy that it didn't happen like LuPat where the hidden identity dragged on for far too long. Some are even starting to get sick of the sectet identity thing.

Yeah, no, i'm actually glad they don't drag it. Anyway, it was clear that unlike other series, this time it was done for lol more than anything. And anyway, if the preview is anything to go by, the volcano is kinda gonna explode anyway because Hanto learning Shouma is Gavv is one thing but Hanto learning Shouma is Half-Granute is a whole different story

Hanro getting distant because he doesn’t want to work with a Granute would feel a lot more natural for his character then continuing to drag out a “will they find out each other’s secret identity” plot line that we’ve seen a million times in superhero stories.

This is the only episode of Gavv that I had to quit watching… Its strikes too close to home for me. Even with the “Yaoi Reveal”at the end, the fact that they had the balls to address topics like catfishing (or others call it a “scam”, “fraud” or, in formal terms, “identity theft”) is just too real…it makes me sick.

Can Lango even fight? Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with him being a chess master but we didn't see twins blow any punches at Shoma, and Nyelv hasn't even properly encountered either of our heroes (not including ep 4 flashback where we didn't see him fight) so is Glotta the only warrior in this family?

The reason why there is that rumor is because we are already at episode 10 of the current series and there has been no announcement for the would-be-crossover whatsoever. There is a video on KZbin theorizes that it might be because these annual crossovers did not make as much money as they used to make.
