I like what you pointed out as the diplomacy buff azhag would have for VC, though I'd imagine Manffred would throw everything he had and more for that crown. You seem as excited for this game as me as well as other true TT players. I know politically you may not openly agree, but you can see a huge difference between TW fans and TT players. TW fans moan at expense of the game and DLC but TT are so grateful for the first game to get anywhere close to TT since dark omen. We've paid fortunes already for the models at GW so this game will always be cheaper with all possible DLC. Loved the TT since I was 7, and played it for so long I even won was uk champion at slayer day. In all that time we've been waiting for a game like this. Finaly our prayers are here! +Loremaster_of_Sotek cheers for the invotation for the tournament and would love to join, but from early january to march/ April im going to be in hardcore education with a very low pass rate, so its goint to be 3 months of intense revision. But at least I will be rewarded with this game ;) but for the future you I'll join and my enemies will drown in a sea of dead flesh or vermin fur. I agree the prices are insane, buying off ebay is way cheaper. I became mates with the staff at my local gw and they showed me how they used to buy plastic sprues for 2p (0.02 of an english pound) each no mater what its retail value is and yet gw was still making a proffit. they've stopped this but its still sick. It was also utter stupidity they have stopped with the rules, especially at a time like this, but hopefully this will help as long as they do a good job. which legendary lords out of the whole warhammer world would you hope to see in the game?

What an awesome video Loremaster, thank you! I feel ashamed to say this, but I never really cared much for Azhag, until now. I think Azhag has become my number one favorite Warhammer character now. Yet another piece of lore that Blizzard ripped from Warhammer; the Lich King and Arthas were clearly "inspired" by Nagash and Azhag - but the somewhat reversed the roles.

Haha, it did sound like the One Ring... But let's be fair, the whole thing is almost completely based on Middle Earth with some tweaks and some additions. Lothlorien and the Ents, the Mines of Moria, Elves living in their own land over the seas, Dwarves digging deep undergound and holding grudges, Orcs were invented by Tolkien as well... Why even blame Blizzard? I don't really care, I like the Warhammer Universe because it's cool, but it's very heavily influenced by the Tolkien Lore...

Yay, Azhag! You mention around 20:09 that Azhag is the best greenskin tactician, with only Gorbad coming close. But I thought (although I dont know to much about lore) that Skarsnik was also one if not the best tactician the greenskins know. Is Azhag (and also Gorbad) that much better?

Azhag is going to be my third one to play, first is Mannfred and second Karl Franz.Definitely sound like my kind of character, tactics combined with death magic, yes please ! :D Did Azhag actually raised undeads during battle? I know Heinrich Kemmler isn't confirmed yet, but with what we've got in 8th edition he is likely to be second LL, will you be doing lore on him? :) Shame there isn't much on Sylvania in the Army Book, unless it's in Liber Necris.

Are there any female badasses like this or big lore characters in Warhammer?? I feel like all these types of things are male dominated af and there arent any, truely,big characters that are women. I guess the blood gods lady? But like... that came wayyyyyyyyy later so. Kinda sad, id like to see what a very smart women could do around all these stupid, power hungry boys. Using them and turning them on each other, the reason? Not sure, something unexpected, like, she does it because she fell in love with a dark god, they hurt her extrramly and she found her own power, did it all by her damned self cus no one gives an f about her so she made herself strong, developed her own shit and hers is new and terrable power that no man and no god has ever seen. However, shes not more powerful than a god and desires to not take thrones or destroy worlds but to bring about a time where balance is achieved. Evil, good, still fight and still do what they must because it is apart of balance but the massive powers that drive them and screw with wills are gone. She seeks the destruction of all gods. Wanting to free everything and pne from their influence. All they have caused is despair in her eyes and they must be destroyed. Isn't that a new spin on this universe? Id think it would be bitchin'! Kind of like a lady Kratos lol but forward brutality and much more wisdom, thought and preciseness in strikes. Im not sure, i would love to see a women like her in Warhammer. Somthing to switch up the "WARRRGGGGHHHH HE, HIM, HIS POWER RAWR!!! ANGER! FIGHT! RAWR! BLOOD BLOOD BLOOOOOD AND DEATH! EXPLOSIONS!" Oh and not to mention the ammount of times "none can hope to defeate him with his (insert stupidly powerful thingy here that will ultimently mean nothing against another stupidly powerful wopon that makes his big d energy bigger.)" Lol This is just my personal rant. Seems like a failure of the crown, should have been able to work with Azhag and indulge in the slaughter. It had to be aware in order to give advice. Distracting in the middle of battle just sounds like a bad idea

That's kind of Nagash's main problem. He dosen't trust any other mind than his own to do anything worthwile. As Kemmler put it, he just can't stand the idea of other wills existing at all, that's why he invented necromancy. The only probable exception would be Arkhan the Black. Even the vampires, although powerful, were not planned by Nagash and he genuinely seems to dislike them So, heah, I think the crown failed here: it knew best and certainly better than an orc. The mere fact the orc was resisting it must have been enraging and the outcome seems pretty in character.

For a race that has pure elite melee combat roaster in the Dakka Totalwar game, Slaughterer is the fun one to play with. having a spell list, flying freaking wyvern and super safe corner camp starting point. (Boi, empire starting point is brutal.)
